“This company is to be avoided, do not buy. Read other reviews on Trustpilot and you will see I am not the only one! Phone number is just a recorded message to say they don't have access to a phone as employees are working from home (plausible?) However, they do not respond to any e-mails either. Now having to try to get refund from VISA. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!”

“A scam, no contact or reply to any emails. Phone lines not operative. Placed an order a month ago for an in stock product which should have taken no more than 7 working days. The timeframe has exceeded the 14 working days for special order items. The website says a full refund is offered after 2 weeks. No response to 3 emails”

“Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews for this company and ordered a tumble dryer at the beginning of January. Surprise surprise NO tumble dryer or contact from them but they were very quick to take my money, I am now awaiting a refund from my credit card so I can purchase one from a REPUTABLE supplier.”

“Ordered a tumble dryer on January 25th, received confirmation e mail of order took money, no goods delivered, sent dozens of e mails none replied to ,just like everyone else been ripped off, waiting to claim back off my credit card, they can’t respond to e mails or give refunds but they have time to update their opening page on there site saying all goods delivered in 14 days not a chance, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE GOODS ORDERED reported to trading standards they need to be closed down they have ripped so many people off, not even worthy of one star”

“Don’t buy from this scam company. It looked like a legitimate company when I was searching for my tumble dryer. I give him 10 out of 10 for the fake order number and receipt. However when I phoned to ask where my washer dryer was all I got was a recorded voice message telling me that due to the corona virus they could not take calls. Perhaps the virus can travel down phone lines! The scammer just refers you to his web site to look at the contractible information. I don’t like this when it happens to me so when I get my hands on the bugger who set this thing up he will be very sorry! I’m caring for my elderly father of 93 who is suffering with dementia and my wife has just given birth to my baby son so we wanted the dryer to help cope with all the laundry we now have. I’m in the process of reporting this scam to the on-line fraud police. I’m also going to try to track this person down and have a quite word with him.”

“Like many on here I have fallen for a scam, take the money, get an invoice and hear nothing again. I can't believe I fell for it. Luckily I paid on credit card so will start a charge back claim after 30 days. I don't even think they are power direct and the shop front window when you google them is probably some poor sods business being dragged into it. Dont believe the 5 star reviews, obviously completely fake. Amazing how on other reviews sites the 5 star reviews have only written 1 review, coincidence isnt it”

“Same as the rest of these reviews-bought a Bosch washer dryer, responded with account details and order-they took my money but no delivery and no response to emails. Have a newborn and care for elderly mother whom I wash for. I’ve now Had to buy another one but lost £700. How can their rating still be more than 3 stars on this site?”

“Ordered a fridge freezer on the 28th January. Same as a lot of reviews here. Have had no communication, cannot contact the company. They have taken my money and have not provided ANY goods or provided any level of communication. They have stopped taking any phone calls and do not reply to emails, Instagram messages or Twitter messages. Disgusting company who are blindly stealing a lot of money from people. I feel so frustrated about their service, they are still taking orders on their website despite knowing they are not sending out any goods. They need to be legally stopped.”

“I’m the same as most people here, I ordered a washing machine on the 26th of January they have taken my money and now I have got nothing. I am a mother of three children with a has a dishwasher here and now that they have taken £257 off me with no communication and a request for no refund. I have contacted my bank but I highly regret and will never ever ever buy from this company again and will do all I can to tell everybody else to avoid them”

“I ordered a dishwasher on the 29th of January, according to their guidelines (5-7 working days for delivery) it should have arrived by the 9th of February, however it hadn't and I'd had no communication whatsoever. Tried phoning but just got a recorded message so sent an email as directed but despite saying they would respond within 48 hours got no response to that either. I'd never heard of them before so wish I'd read the reviews before ordering - I've now ordered a different dishwasher from the same manufacturer from a reputable company and instantly got texts and emails about delivery so my guess is the order never went through even though they took my money. I have pursued it with my credit card company and will be more careful with companies I've never heard of in future!”
