“I ordered a drawer fridge on Jan 31st. Have emailed several times to ask when to expect delivery...no response.They don't answer their phone either. Very concerned!”

“WANKERS!!! What goes around comes arounds! Taking my hard earnt money! Having to deal with a bereavement & now these cowboys! I hope they get riddled with some nasty disease!!! Money taken mid Jan. Just wished I had read the reviews here first. Lesson learnt!! Thank goodness for credit card protection.”

“We ordered a fridge freezer over a month ago and are having the same experience as most reviews here. The number says you have to email them and they will call back. They never call back. After reading these reviews we will be contacting our bank for help and looking in to taking them to a small claims court. So disgusting that they are getting away with this. How can they be stopped?!”

“Scam scam scam!! Got money back from bank today as they were happy to take my money at the beginning of January and still no goods or contact. Can’t contact by phone and they don’t respond to emails, total scam artist even the bank said they have had loads of reports about them recently. Avoid at all cost.”

“As with everyone else on this page, we didn't read the reviews. We ordered a washing machine that never arrived and are now trying to open a dispute via our bank. It looks like they are attempting a kind of exit scam where they sell hundreds of expensive products that they never had in stock and then disappear.”

“Paid money, goods not supplied, no answer other than automated e-mail, uncontactable by phone. Cancelled and no money back. Reported to Google but this clearly criminal enterprise ongoing. Tomorrow is 14 working days since cancellation, will report to police for fraud. Will get money back with section 75 but the people behind this should receive justice.”

“PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I Paid for a tumble dryer which never arrived. They took my money then vanished and totally blanked me. They are impossible to contact. Their phone number is just a recorded message and they did not reply to any of my emails.”

“Ordered a TV at start of January, didn't hear anything by end of month so cancelled - only got an automated reply, never got a refund. Getting the credit card company involved to get the money back. Customer service does not exist, do not use!”
