“I missed a payment because my wallet was stolen/lost and I didnt update my new card details with P2P resulting in a missed payment. I was notified by email and my new card details were taken and processed via the 'chat' service on the website. It was quick and simple. The customer service representatives I dealt with were very efficient and even agreed to waive the late payment charge because of the circumstances surrounding the missed payment. Very pleased, it was my oversight and I couldn't have argued if the charge had been levied. Many thanks.”

“I have used Pounds to Pocket a few times and they have been great, I have never had any problems, when I did, they dealt with it quickly, efficiently and politely. You pay for what you signed up for, no more no less, and you can pay it back early with no extra cost which is great!”

“I have borrowed twice now from Pounds to Pocket and I can find no fault with the service and also the customer service offered. their online help is second to none.......... on the two occasions 1 loan, went to nearly full term and the other I paid off within a very short period and found the settlement fee ( % charged )to be much cheaper than the new interest rate fee I receive from my Bank on my overdraft !!!!! and it would have taken me over a year to bring the overdraft down at an average cost of £1008 for the full year but with pounds to pocket it cost me round about £365 winner winner winner”
