Flowers were not delivered on the date required, they were late. Received confirmation email stating they would be delivered on the specified day. Very upsetting as they were required for an anniversary. However the following day I was offered a full refund and the option of another bouquet if required. Did not ask for another bouquet as they seemed ok although they only lasted 5 days and had been cut and put in water. Very disappointing

Flowers are deceptive! Actual package is much smaller than the pictures make out! Very disappointed. Won't be buying from here again

I was going to contact post a rose and then this review request arrived. Always been happy with service I have received but on this occasion disappointed. My daughter received her yellow tulips , two of which were slightly droopy. The others only lasted 5 days and apparently never really reached fully bloom or looked lovely. So disappointing.

The box looked nice but the rose wilted within 24hrs. Some roses I bought from a major supermarket 3 days before significantly outlasted it.

Have used PAR for years but few weeks ago I sent flowers to my girlfriend to be delivered on a Friday, that Friday she was off I'll, contacted PAR via email a the woman dealing was very kurt and unhelpful, will definitely not use them again.

I ordered an orchid for my friends 70th birthday, received on time but orchid was damaged one stem broken and all the flowers had fallen off within a week. The package wasn't damaged but the orchid must have been damaged on packing. I contacted Post-a Rose and they did send a replacement. The orchid was lovely but due to the way it was packed the flowers on one side were squashed and the compost was out of the pot all over the plant. My friend contacted me yesterday to say all the flowers and buds have fallen off within a week. I did contact them about the packaging and suggested protecting the plants with bubble wrap when packing,

I thought that ordering a nice red rose as a surprise for my girlfriend would be great. Turns out upon arrival my girlfriends mother signed for the parcel, and opened it to check all was there. She found that the Rose was not in it allocated box, it was in fact in the postage box, with its allocated box and ribbon bouncing around in the aforementioned postage container. The rose was damaged and half of the petals were hanging off of the rose. My girlfriend mother then decided to make my gift look as appealing as possible, even with damaged petals, and placed it in its allocated pink box. She then tied the ribbon around said box to make it look like it had arrived as the website had insinuated. At first, before the parcel had arrived, i was fairly happy with how PostARose handled my order and how they kept me up to date with it. This however was all in vain when the order arrived. I wouldn't recommend this company if you want a nice looking rose in the post. They obviously had way too many orders on the day i placed mine, because they clearly DID NOT take any care and consideration when packaging my rose.

The flowers were lovely - only delivered on the wrong day which took all the 'effect' away from the gift.

My last order was very good and my friend was pleased with the quality of the flowers etc. We use you quite a lot so was very upset that my delivery ordered in May was not satisfactory. I mailed you and asked why a sunflower bouquet contained no sunflowers and received no reply. If you had just put on your website 'no sunflowers available' that would have been fine but to see that the bouquet contained not one and to then have no response to my email was beyond rude. As you can see, I still use you, but I also use others now as well as I have lost confidence in your service.

We aim to reply to any enquiries within 12 hours, but I have checked our system and I can find no record of your email in relation to this matter. I am not sure why this would be, but I have passed the details on our IT team to investigate further. The Sunflower offer seemed good, and delivery was faultless. However, they drooped badly after a couple of days despite being in a nice vase with sufficient water. They should have been happy and I thought they should have lasted longer.

What a shame! A beautiful black rose was bought as a gift and I was eagerly awaiting my partner to receive this and the reaction it would bring. It was received on time and presented in a lovely satin lined gift box. The joy on my partner's face was to behold but within a day, despite feeding and watering the rose, it hung it's head down in defeat and died! Not just the rose itself but the leaves shrivelled up to add insult to injury. For £15, I was more than disappointed with the outcome of a special gift for a special someone....... a total anticlimax moment. Naomi from Surrey

I'm sure that these roses were lovely when they left you. However some problems with logistics, I asked for roses to left with a neighbour if no one was at home. But because of special delivery the post office refuses to do that and took them back to the depot. My wife and i then returned home to find the card. And rather than cooking my wife's birthday dinner I had to drive 30 minutes each way and argue with the post office man. When we opened them up the water container was dry. The flowers lasted ok but not great for 2 days and were then binned. Shame. I sometimes do business on the Isle of Man and thought that I'd try you out but as you can see not a great experience. Would I try you again? probably if you can guarantee flowers will be left with a neighbour or at my back door. Don't use special delivery though !!!! That post office man was a right jobs worth. best regards nick

When the flowers arrived my husband was at the house to receive them, when he put them in a vase he said the side of the pionies had black petals, I am a little disappointed as they were for my mother in law who had just come out of hospital.

The variety of peonies that we sell are called Sarah Bernhardt, which are a fabulous double peony but they have outer guard petals. As the peony opens these turn to the underside of the flower, leaving a beautiful mass of delicate pink petals. I am sure that as the peonies open, then you recipient will be delighted with them. I ordered a Summer bouquet for my wife's birthday and it arrived on time and was well packaged. They were very well presented and my wife was really impressed. However, the flowers began to wilt after 5 days and drop petals on the 6th. Compare this to a much cheaper available from certain supermarkets, which last in excess of 6 days. Excellent delivery and presentation, but poor lifespan.
