I emailed your company a couple of weeks ago and got no reply. I am very unhappy with the service which I didn't receive. No-one rang the door to my flat, although a card was left in the foyer saying that they had. Considering the flowers are perishable there was no point having them redelivery not at their best and it would have been too late anyway. Very, very unhappy.

The rose was delivered a day before the asked for date, not a major concern! Nobody home so box taken to collection depot, 5 miles from delivery address. Working family and eventually collected 48 hours later. Hot few days in London and flower did not wear well. Very sad looking specimen, small and somewhat shrivelled and never properly flowered when removed from box and put in water. The £2.99 birthday card was a very ordinary and cheap looking item and surely you can give better value for money. The only half decent thing was the back box and ribbon. Never again will I use post-a-rose.

I was really dissapointed with your rose. It was short, small and not especially good looking with brown exterior petals and in 2 days was over. In addition, the presentation with the box is really bad. I think that a black box with a black bow and a white inside plastic content makes a rose that should be a romantic present to look like a coffin. Finally, with all that, to pay more than 14 pounds plus delivery charge is more than excessive. I found a longer and twice larger rose much more good looking for 2,5 pounds in a market post. Then, I will never buy a rose from your website anymore and I will discourage all the people I know to do so.

The orchid arrived with every leaf detached and piled one upon the other. The leaves were piled in such a way that they could not have just dropped off naturally and the plant does not look as if it will survive. The plant was sent to a lady for her ninetieth birthday, so I am naturally very disappointed at its condition and intend to contact 'post-a-rose.com' to request a replacement.

Well tried to purchase flowers. And twice I was told my card had been declined. So went to another site and bought them only to be told 2 days later you had processed payment so ended buying 3 lots of flowers for 1 occasion.. Not happy

The "black rose" I bought for mothers day wasn't black as it was natural I thought it would have been at least as close to black as a red could go but it wasn't especially since the description was stated as a black rose and it also died within a day I also expected the rose itself to be a bit bigger but was very small was disappointed with product immensly and wont be buying here again the only gd thing about it was the box it came in was pretty but that's no consolation to what I received

I ordered a bouquet which had flowers with large stems and they were in a basket, so it looked like a nice and big bouquet and the basket was a nice touch. I got a call later from your representative who said they were out of these flowers, so they would replace them and he assured me it would be similar. I got a picture of them when they arrived and I have never been more ashamed in my life. For my friend's first baby I ended up sending a tiny bouquet which looked ridiculous. Never ordering from post-a-rose again.

Sorry to write but we found this orchid to be very poor- normally you can expect them to last weeks if not months however the flowers stated to drop after just one week

I ordered black roses 40,00 one week before needed and received a phone call the day before delivery to say they were out of stock it was to late to reorder theses as black roses are hard to find so had to go for the darkest roses they had and pink was delivered. Not happy !!

Place a warning on your website that lilies are EXTREMELY POSIONOUS TO CATS. Flowers went straight into the trash. Embarassing and a waste of money.

I have used Post a Rose on many occasions and have never been disappointed. They have always been delivered on time, packed lovely and with beautiful flowers to the delight of the recipient but on this occasion the flowers were awful. The tulips only lasted a couple of days, but arrived fairly lifeless anyway. I have better tulips in my garden and would have been better off picking those or choosing roses or Lily's like I usually do. I was disappointed also with the size. And for the recipient it was a bit anti climatic. I will use Post a Rose again but choose a different flower.

Very unfortunately, the recipient never, ever received the flowers. They did not arrive on the specified day, and the lady was in hospital the following day when they did try to deliver the flowers. It was a very poor service and one that I wouldn't use again. sorry to say.

used post a rose a good few times the last twice have been poor i complained the second to last time and got some new roses.Thought it couldn't happen again but it has roses were poor and lasted two days. presentation was poor as well. So the only thing I can do is not to use again.

The flowers I ordered that not arrive on the day of delivery. They arrived the following day and quite a few of the flowers that were in bud,did not open up properly,according to my daughter.
