“We are really pleased with our new radiator. We were looking for something a bit different and love the stylish touch it adds to our new kitchen. The service and delivery were excellent. We would highly recommend poshrads.”

“Only complaint is no email to let us delivery time so we were out 40 miles away so package was left on door step a neighbour text to say when she got back but she could not move it so stayed on doorstep”

“I ordered a TTIR controller online to use with a Terma ONE radiator and within minutes of placing the order I received a courtesy call ensuring I understood that the controller was only compatible with the ONE heater element. “Reviewing a purchase from June 2021... taken a while! Good to know that the rad is still working perfectly and looks fantastic in our bathroom. More importantly, to raise the FABULOUS service from Robbie Baines - not only did he answer my irritating questions calmly and patiently over emails to assure me I was buying the right thing, he then personally went to the warehouse to ensure that it was mailed to be for next day delivery. Superb service, and would recommend without hesitation!”
