“From start to finish this company was outstanding in every way they fitted a rock door for my mum and it was excellent, the fitter was brilliant they even have a young lady who cleans up after them. Gary who came to mums to help her pick the door was lovely, a really nice man to deal with extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone there really good,”

“Poppy windows installed a Rock Door for me. My first impression of the company was that they offered a wide range of products. Gary was very helpful to me in choosing a style that suited my property and offered me a price that was better than Safestyle, JWS and Everest. No fuss, no messing about, no huge overinflated price and then a discount offered, just the best price offered. I am so pleased with my new door. It was done in a day!!!! Brilliant job done and for half the price of Everest! And it's a Rock Door!!!”

“We have just had all the windows in our property replaced and two new doors fitted and could not be happier with the quality and level of service supplied by Poppy Windows. We live on a very busy main road and the difference to noise that both the windows and new rock door have made to the front of the property is amazing. Both Gary and Dave could not have done more for us, would highly recommend.”

“Gary and the team at poppy windows have been brilliant throughout the whole process of ordering and purchasing my two new windows does and new solidor. The manager Is very knowledgable went out of his way to advise me on what would best suit my house and budget and guided me every step of the way in order to meet my admittedly picky requirements and overcome any issues that arose. The fitters were very professional, efficient and approachable. The result looks stunning and is just want I wanted. I am thrilled. I wasn't given the hard sell and very much appreciated the non-pressuring, supportive approach, being a single woman living on my own. I would have no hesitation in recommending poppy windows to anyone.”

“These guys did my full house of windows and 3 Rock doors. From acceptance of the quote to full installation was only 12 days. I was going on holiday for a Month to Oz and they fitted me in before my holidays. They were tidy although their skip turned up half a day late so they had to bag all the rubbish. Our plaster was damaged removing the window but this pointed out prior to removal as the window had been in place for over 35 years and was wood. When i returned from work then not only had they fixed the damaged plaster but they had plastered the whole wall to make it look perfect. They were half the price of Everest and cheaper than Anglian and Safestyle. I`m now getting them to do my Mothers house. The big firms put me under pressure to accept their quotes to get the best deal. I never had that hard sell with Poppy Windows as we exchanged emails and changed the design for a couple of weeks before i made my mind up and accepted their quotation.”

“Had a Rock door installed today by and George and Gary from Poppy windows. I would definitely recommend this company, Gary was very approachable and knowledgeable about the products and options that were available to us and George's workmanship is second to none. I'm very pleased that I went with Poppy windows especially with it being a local firm.”

“The best decision we have made this year is to have Poppy Windows install new windows and doors. From the first visit Gary has been the ultimate professional. No pushy sales talk. He's kept us up to date throughout the whole process. He is clearly passionate about his business and ensuring his customers are happy. The fitters Mark and Paul worked non stop for two days. Even our neighbour commented on their work ethic. They too were so professional and have a lot of pride in their work. If we could give a 10* rating we would. If you are considering double glazing go to Poppy Windows.”

“Poppy windows Gary and his team replaced a bedroom window with French doors and although only a small job we received excellent service, a competitive price, and communication from start to finish. The team turned up on the day prompt and worked cleanly and professionally until finished. We are very pleased with end result and would recommend Poppy windows 'Thank You' Gary and the team.”

“I was put in touch with Poppy Windows having enquired direct to Rock Doors with regards to purchasing a new front door. Rock Doors informed me that Poppy Windows were an approved fitter of their product and they provided me with Gary's details. Gary (from Poppy Windows) contacted me within 24 hours of my enquiry and I can honestly say that his company couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. From measuring up to final installation they were first class and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's thinking of putting in new windows or doors in their property.”

“I was put in contact with Poppy Windows by the manufacturing company of the Rockdoor, after a large well known St. Helens company failed to supply me with a quotation in a reasonable time. I am very glad that I have had my door fitted by Poppy, Gary was excellent and came to view the work required within a couple of hours after I contacted him. The contract and price was supplied the next day and a survey was completed by the Installation Manager within a few days. The installation of the door was completed within the agreed timescales by Dave, who made an excellent job, he is a very good fitter and completed the installation within a couple of hours. The door looks great and the workmanship is excellent, without much mess at my property. Gary has overseen the whole order and has kept me totally informed throughout, he always responds to any emails of phone calls and is prompt for any appointments. I would have no problems in recommending this company to any potential customer and would be more than happy to let you examine the workmanship at my premises”

“I have recently had two Rock doors fitted by Gary and his team at Poppy Windows, who had been recommended to me by Rockdoor. Gary provided a first class service throughout the whole process from the initial discussion where he was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful with no sales pressure. His team are experienced fitters & I am very impressed by the attention to detail. Gary went over & above my expectations by rectifying faults on my Windows caused by a previous installer. I am extremely happy with the service Gary & his team provided & would highly recommend them & would definitely have them back in the future.”
