Supplied pictures and measurements and had a number of draft drawings, always willing to work with me and not pushy for sale compared to some other companies I was getting quotes off. Once ordered delivery side was prompt and well packaged in foam and wood support frame (now have a little bit of kindling too, bonus!). Would use again and have already recommended!"
