“I purchased two silent gliss tracks and wave curtains for an awkward curve. The team at Pole Design are incredibly helpful, efficient and patient. I was talked through how to measure/ template the curve and given plenty of fabric options to meet my budget. The tracks arrived quickly and were easy to fit. I had to make small adjustments to one track but was guided through that step by step. Both track and curtain fit perfectly and brilliant quality. I would recommend Pole Design and I will be back for any future needs. Thanks to the team, you've been fantastic.”

“Well-made hardware is a delight to own. The Cosidoor Rising Portiere Rod and the swing-arm version have been the answer to my charming, thin, freezing-cold heritage exterior doors. Pole Design was most helpful in getting them to Victoria, BC, Canada just in time for one of our rare cold snaps.”

“Products are good but there is no information for delivery once the item is sent out. No tracking of any kind so I was hanging around for days waiting for it to turn up. It took 7days in total.”

Hi keith We are sorry you did not receive tracking. This is something we do on a routine basis. We did however notify you on dispatch on 15th December. Perhaps you missed this email or it went into junk. The order would have then been delivered within two working days. This would be in line with the 4/5 working day lead time for made to measure products
