“Excellent communication and service! I wanted to design a bespoke bay window ceiling curtain track. Karen replied to all my questions promptly (I had plenty), carefully examined the measurements and my photos, and suggested solutions not only based on the different models available, but also on the aesthetics of my space. The end result looks fabulous, and arrived within 5 days of payment, which is incredible given most bespoke items take a lot longer to be manufactured.”

“Silent Gliss - x2 Bay Window corded units Had a number of quotes in person and given I was happy to install myself settled on Pole Design for x2 bay window SilentGliss corded systems. Best competitive price around with shipping at good rates. Karen was prompt at communication and understood my concern around the measurements and making sure accurate. Supplied pictures and measurements and had a number of draft drawings, always willing to work with me and not pushy for sale compared to some other companies I was getting quotes off. Once ordered delivery side was prompt and well packaged in foam and wood support frame (now have a little bit of kindling too, bonus!). Would use again and have already recommended!”

We are sorry for the slight delay with your order. One of the profiles was out of stock. We do advise not to book fitters until you have the goods in hand.

“Delivery costs are high. They sent the wrong but didn’t want it back as too costly to return? They confirmed sent replacement which took ages to arrive, courier said had been when hadn’t. The parcel was battered and broken and contents damaged. They have not replied to my last email. Avoid.”

Hello, we are sorry you have had these issues and we forwarded the damaged packaging issue to the courier company for feedback. However, We were unaware there were any issues with the actual goods. If this is the case please let us know and we will organise replacements to go out asap. The original order did not need to be returned and we sent this order as a replacement FOC. Our delivery costs are in line with other suppliers and are reasonable. This should have been on a 1/2 working day signed for service but it sounds like the goods got lost hence the damage for which we do apologise.

“We have used Pole design now on two occasions to furnish two houses with Curtain poles. On both occasions we have found Pole design to be very competetive in such a crowded market place. There were minor hiccups on both orders, nothing to do with Pole design and more to do with the delivery and manufacturer. However, we can't fault Karen who kept us informed and updated at all times. Great service. Thank you again.”
