The installer got the charger installed, showed me the various colours form charging and left. When charging 4hrs later after work, the charger shorted out and is not working. The install took place 2 weeks ago and the aftercare service and response from Pod Point to get an engineer booked to fix this problem.

Where to start. Support is a nightmare to get hold of. Over an hour and a half on the phone to get an update on my support case. Installed the charger however didn't set it up to work with our solar system that was pretty obvious we had solar. Then the charger filled with water. Logged another job only for them to close the case without it being fixed. Now charger is dead. Another call to Pod-Point and again another case. Had to spend £25 to charge the car at a public charge point....as a gesture they topped up our account with £15....thanks!!! Wish to God I had never gone with Pod-Point. Nothing but issues since the start. You cannot email them. You have to find the hidden form, hidden in their support documents, to raise a request or sit on the phone to get a case logged. Shocking support seeing as I warned them weeks ago water was getting into the charger.

First the sales team was fantastic once you’ve paid no more replying to your emails. Installer had no regard whatsoever for take care of my flooring when drilling he damaged my wooden floor never cleaned up left screws outside in the Hse I could of gotten a flat tyer

I have been really disappointed from start to finish with this experience from PodPoint with the exception of Evie and the 2 engineers. From when I placed the order with Audi I was constantly bombarded with emails about ordering the wall charger even though I had informed you that the car was not going to be available for minimum 9 months due to order lead-times on cars. When I did order I got the survey request which I completed after a few weeks admittedly, however I then got no feedback from PodPoint. I had to contact PodPoint for this to be passed from your sales team to your Projects Team. (Evie was a great help here) The survey was then completed and was quoted another £600 to complete the installation. I questioned this and asked for some justification for the additional cost. This was provided after a few weeks and even though I disagreed with the hours I subsequently paid. Installation was completed and no complaints on this. Engineers Craig & Magnus were excellent however they completed the work in 8 hours but I had been quoted and paid for 12 hours. Therefore I have requested the value of 4 hours + VAT to be returned which I'm still waiting for a reply on.

I originally cancelled my order on the 10th of February the gentleman was not professional on the phone and didn’t confirm any of my details which I thought was strange. A week went by nothing happened I phoned again on the 16th to check because nothing had happened. I was promised the refund would go into my account it did not. I have sent numerous emails with little or no answer they just ignore you. This company is poor they are easy to take your money but not to return it. I asked for a refund 14 days ago.why pod point please contact me Regards Scott poyser

Faced a delay to get my Pod Point installed even though the company took my payment up front and when it was finally installed it did not work. Although a short-term fix was made via a call to customer services and through an internet fix, I am still waiting for an engineer to come and fix it properly and now it has stopped working at all again. I have to wait over a week for an engineer visit to be arranged to fix something that never worked in the first place. I am very unhappy with the service given my pod cost £1k and will not be recommending the company to my friends and work connections.

When you go through the online process you answer a number of questions and take various photos, for example, the planned site for the charge point and your fuse box. We have a couple of fuseboxes and have been advised by our electrician that one of them is "used up". Podpoint's system allows you to upload images of both. Not being certain which one is the box they would need to use, I suggested the length of the cable from pod point to fuse box might be over 15m. Then there is the question of where the electricity connects with both water pipe and gas pipe. After I submitted my responses to all the questions with photos, I was asked to measure from the intended installation point to the fuse box as they would need to quote for extra cable. They also again asked for a photo of where the electrics are attached to gas. Firstly, being one of the few people with enough money to spend on an electric vehicle, I was a bit surprised how much I had to faff around taking photos and then trying to email videos that are just too big to send. Secondly, I don't have gas. I have a heat pump. Gas is dead to me. This is the thing that gets to me the most. The whole point of investing in this sort of tech is to stop using fossil fuels. And yet Podpoint insists on you taking a photo of an electric connection to a gas pipe I do not have. Thirdly, measuring to quote for a cable. No. You do that. You are my supplier. Come and measure it yourself. It was such a backward customer experience for me I just can't be bothered with PodPoint. First World problems - maybe. Third world customer service levels for what should be a premium product.

Terrible service, impossible to get hold of on the phone. Paid for the install over 4 weeks ago and still absolutely no idea what's going on or when it will be installed. Awful communication .

i logged a query as having paid a for a 7KwH charger and only getting 2.2kwh. Awaiting response after 2 weeks!

Very poor communication. Very slow response to requested emails. Failed installation at first and second attempts - no email sent to me to allow addition of charger to account. You ask the customer to respond to an email, then it says "you have replied to an un-monitored mailbox". The installer was excellent but let down by Pod-Point's administrative inadequacies.

Was informed of a looped supply and to contact norther power regarding this. NP replied to pod point within 48 hours however it took me chasing this over 28 days later to get a response. The installation experience was also poor with the installer telling me that where i wanted the pod installed would look rubbish. He then told my partner who was home the same thing despite me informing him where i wanted this installed. It took me to leave work and come home for him to install this where I wanted. He then did not explain the pod to me at all , simply asking for a signature and replying to my partner are you Mrs Outhwaites 'Bird'.

I have been left without any information for 12 days since ordering and paying for an installation. I have tried repeatedly by landline, mobile and on the pod-point web-sight without any success regarding an installation date. I am due to receive an EV vehicle in 4 days time. If I could only make contact I would cancel and ask for a refund.

Engineer fitted the pod point, tested it on his machine then left two weeks ago and as yet we have not been able to charge the car. I waited an hour to speak to a customer service advisor who then asked lots of questions but could not help had to pass our case on to an engineer. The engineer then took said they had disconnect something and we should now be able to charge, we can't. I have had a second email today nearly a week from my call and still not working. Terrible service

Absolutely shocking customer experience. Charger installed but slower than charging from the normal plug. Phone lines not answered do not work, no reply’s to emails and no reply’s on Twitter. Absolute rip off. Choose a different provider or be disappointed

FITTED IN MY GARAGE ,THEN TOLD IT WOULDNT WORK IN MY GARAGE . UNINSTALLED IT FROM MY GARAGE AND FITTED TO WALL OF HOUSE ,STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY .TRIED RINGING ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS ,NIGHTMARE TO GET THROUGH AND BEEN CUT OF MORE THAN ONCE
