Andrew was brilliant. Called when he said, came when he arranged to. Made the planning seem a breeze (in a house where it wasn’t) and the installation frictionless. Tidied up after himself too.

The engineer who visited me was excellent and very knowledgeable on the entire process. I was lucky enough to have the same engineer who done the survey and the install. from an install point of view it was one of the best experiences I have had lee the engineer more than made up for any confusion that had occurred between the back office staff and myself. Had it not been for Lee I may have went elsewhere for this install

The install process was easy. Our install date was rescheduled due to an illness but this wan't a problem. We prepared the install location beforehand and the guys doing the work took care of everything else. Easy. First impressions: when removing the plug from the wall socket/plug holder it occasionally catches and seems fiddly, but this is generally easy to avoid in practice. And the WiFi on the unit struggled to pick up a signal, we have since moved our router/extender to suit and all is well.

Oliver was very tidy, made our install go perfectly smoothly without any hiccups. Can not fault it all. Now we are fully charged up for our new EV vehicle. Perfect. 👍🏻👌🏻

I was made aware of the time the engineer would arrive in the morning and this was very accurate. The engineer, Rowan, was polite, friendly and informative and did a great job.

He came on time and was very polite, friendly, professional and efficient. He finished the job very tidily and found a less obvious way to install the cables than I thought would be necessary.

The ordering and pre-delivery service was excellent. The installation team, Daniel and his trainee colleague, were very friendly, professional and courteous and did a first class job. A minor issue following installation, probably my misunderstanding of the system, was nonetheless dealt with very quickly and professionally by the support team. A first class customer experience by all, thankyou!!!

The engineer was both personable and polite. He made us aware of all stages of the installation and showed us how to use the charger afterwards. He removed all packaging and swept up debris and left the site in pristine condition. All in all a pleasurable and informative experience.. First rate service. Linda & Mike Ashford
