"The booking process and service was very good. It was efficient and it was fairly clear what information I needed to provide. The installer on the day was quick and efficient. The main criticism I have is that the office did not send any of the photos I'd taken to the installer - I'd gone as far as to mark on them where it needed to be installed, and where the cable run should go, and how to access the meter. When he got there, he didn't have this information, so it felt like a waste of time having provided it. It would be a good idea to make sure that installers get all the photos when the job is booked for them."

"As someone completely new to electric cars and charging points, I have found the whole process from arranging the installation and the actual fitting of the Pod Point charger absolutely seamless. I have spoken with a range of knowledgable, friendly staff who have always been happy to assist throughout and answer any queries I’ve had. It has always been easy to speak with someone and responses to emails have been prompt. On the day of installation, there were a couple of unexpected hurdles. The Engineer, Keith, went above and beyond to overcome these and to ensure I had a working charging point. He provided what I can only describe as 5 star service and is a real asset to the company. My step-Grandad and I were very impressed at his clear knowledge and attention to detail. We’d like to send him a big thank you for all of his help :)."

"Easy to understand options, clear website, good support, easy to contact, sorted our OLEV paperwork out with no problems. Fast installation from order, good communication from the engineer, clean and efficient installation."
