"Graeme arrived promptly, carried out the installation exactly as I wanted. He also fitted a tethered unit in place of a universal unit which was originally ordered which was much appreciated. After installation he explained how it works fully. Can’t fault the process and would highly recommend pod point, and Graeme is a credit to your company 10/10 thank you for a superb experience David Rendall"

"I have to comment that David done a clean and tidy job fitting the pod point this morning - The rain was coming down quite badly by this did not get in David's way. Great intro to the device and fantastic customer service. Well done David."

"Install was arranged by Ben the previous day and arrived promtly at the arranged time. Allowed us to plan our day couldnt fault anything. Cant wait to get started!"

"Quick and easy and job done in 30 minutes, fully explained how to use and tested with "dummy" car as mine not delivered yet."

"I requested a more complex installation, which required burying a new power cable around the side of my house, under block paving, to the garage. The communication with the Operations Executive was very efficient. The job was scheduled to take two days. The two-man team who arrived on Day 1 to complete the groundwork were very friendly. They performed a very neat job and left the area clean and tidy overnight, returning the next morning to finish their side of the job. The electrician arrived in the afternoon and installed the cable and charge point in the garage to my exact requirements. Before he arrived on site, he knew that there would be a space issue in the meter box, as he had seen the photographs I had sent. However, this was efficiently rectified after he had a telephone consultation with a senior colleague. Both the groundwork team and the electrician kept me well informed. Overall, I'm very happy with the process!"

"I had a phone call ahead of time with an accurate ETA and when they arrived the fitters were polite and cheerful. They were nice lads who really seemed to enjoy their work, despite the pouring rain. They did a very tidy job, cleared up after themselves and explained the system fully to me."

"Very happy with the service from the phone call with Alice on the Monday and and advice she gave me all the way through to the install. The installation was carried out by a very politely and the installer was very helpful and professional The whole process was completely finished within 5 day"
