A sleek and easy to use ordering system, amazing Pod Point employees Chris and Laura who got us from order to install in 3 days and the brilliant, friendly installer Mason who did one of the best electrical installs I have ever seen. What a great company, couldn’t recommended them more highly!"

"The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. Although he had troubles downloading the up grade to the point he was very patient and came back a second time when it was successful. So far all working well."

"The engineer, Luke , arrived on time and installed the charging pod in an efficient manner and carried out the necessary checks to ensure all was working. On checking our power points he found a fault on one in the utility room and recommended we contact the builder. The house is still under the builder's warrenty."

"Efficient, courteous and non-intrusive. Installer made good after the installation (sweeping up, all empty boxes, rubbish taken away) and explained everything clearly to us EV newbies! Answered our questions in non-technical language. Highly recommended. Thank you!"

"Good liaison over booking arrangements. Experienced installer who was well able to discuss and advise re: siting of charging point. Quick, clean and accurate in his work. Helpful explanations and good advice given throughout."

"Ben was extremely helpful and tidy. Very happy with the installation"

"Had for about 6 weeks and constantly playing up, keep complaining and still not being sorted. I keep saying the unit is not right but not changed. Am far from impressed, when you phone up the first people seem to try and get it sorted but they have to report it and whom ever they report it to are not doing anything. I asked for a complete refund before and was told it would not happen so unless a miracle works I will be taking them to court. My recommendation is to look elsewhere because it seems you are very lucky to get one that works properly and from the other posts you will get the same thought."

"Engineer had to charge battery for drill when he arrived. The drill was then faulty and did not work, so I had to loan him my drill. Someone else did eventually arrive with another drill for him. Also it would of been good if someone came around before hand and surveyed the site, to check the scope of the works needed. As they could of buried the cable rather than having big unsightly cable running across the front of my property."

"After an initial mix-up with a duplicate order, the installer was friendly and explained everything clearly. They were able to schedule my installation very quickly which was very helpful. In terms of question 1 below, I ordered it myself on the website, so the question isn't relevant!"

"My installer arrived before I even finished the school run! He was polite, efficient and fast. The pod point looks good and he provided me with a good explanation about it. Unfortunately did not have the correct lead so yet to try it but he explained what to order. very impressed and pleased with the service . Thank you"
