"Zion was very friendly, and explained step by step what he needed to do for the install. He checked with me beforehand everytime power would be disrupted (which was great as I was working from home) power was never off for more than 10 mins. I'm very pleased with how he managed to run the cable and hid it around the inside edge of our open porch, and the placement of the podpoint, so that it doesn't affect the aesthetic of our Edwardian property too much! He tidied up after himself and left the hallway cleaner than when he arrived, he also didn't complain when I told him I'd run out of coffee, so could only offer him tea! Will be recommending podpoint to any friends who get EVs in the future. Thank you!"

"Simple and swift service, the installation carried out by Zion went above and beyond! Text from him night before to confirm time of arrival which kept to and despite not having received the details of how I wanted the unit installed, listened to what I wanted and after a lot of effort on his part was able to run cables to achieve completely unobtrusive installation. Also helped to set up equipment on App so now fully up and running! Great service."

"Luke was prompt, courteous, explained everything, was neat, tidy, left no mess, great experience. I realised after he'd gone that the optional lock we'd ordered had been forgotten but by the time we'd got through to the support centre Luke had realised and a note was on our file saying he would call back. He did, fitted the lock with an apology. Very happy to date."
