"The engineer (Mr Keane) telephoned before arrival and gave an ETA. On arrival he listened attentively and confirmed our requirements. He worked very neatly and methodically. Technicalities were explained in detail. He was extremely polite. He is an asset to PodPoint."

"Layton was on time, curtious and explained what he was going to do clearly. Layton,s work was very clean and tidy and left no mess to clear up when finished. He also explained clearly how it all worked and showed us what to do to charge our car. He also explained why joining the pod to our internet was required because of updating and if any faults might occur etc. He was excellent."

"The service was quick and efficient. The installer was here on time and quickly got to work, the Pod Point was quickly installed and any mess was cleared away. The handover process was helpful and informative and the whole job completed in less than two hours - excellent."

"Lee did a fantastic professional job installing the charger and explained the operation succinctly. We do however need an app to show history, costs and status etc."

"The engineer arrived on time and was helpful and efficient, installing the Pod Point in exactly the location I requested. He then demonstrated how to use the Pod Point and left after approximately 2 1/2 hours work."
