I've been with pockit for 3 years and they have now suspended my account asking for verification no phone not answering emails every thing is robots this is not right I can access my money this is my money not yours. Then to find out pockit is run by Pakistans and only 2 in office and not replying to anyone and also to find out they have been selling my details if u look in to your payees on Internet banking not app it shows they have been using my account to set up direct debits to 7 differnt country's Ukraine Pakistan this is not bank account guys if u have been with them it will eventually happen to u as they are fraudulent your accounts for there own personal uses then they hold on to your money and ask for more information don't fall for it any company that holds your money finicially should have contact number they are falling on vulnerable people guys please listen to me Read Less”

“I wish I could give u 0-stars. This is hell treatment on earth. These guys closed my account after I complained to the financial ombudsman. They lied to me that they will refund my money and asked for bank details to send the refund. They are doing everything they can to frustrate me and not refund my money. Its beyond the 10 working days plus and u are fooling me that the finance is dealing with it. I AM GOING BACK TO THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN the investigator asked to get back to her if they toss me around with the payment.
