“Our move took place in appalling weather, but the removal team protected our goods very well indeed. They were cheerful and helpful throughout. This is the second time we have used Plymouth Removers and would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.”

“The morning move out was absolutely perfect but was sadly let down in the afternoon whilst moving into the new house. Sent out a lot of guys who were very pushy and acted like children with each other, also caught another one spitting on my property. Think there was a few sly comments about us/our belongings aswell.Sofa was stained and they were all very quick to say it wasnt their fault. Even the neighbours were saying to us how loud and roudy they were. Very unprofessional service in the afternoon.”

I know that we sent other guys to assist with your move in the afternoon , as you have said very rowdy .Are Guys are very jolly when there are more of them I can understand how that comes across .We prise ourselves on our reputation as I'm sure you have seen from all our other honest reviews on here . There is a positive in this that you were very happy with the crew in the morning , was just the afternoon that you said we failed on . I again give you our apologies for this . I can assure you that i will deal with all on the job in the correct hr manor . please contact us direct if there is anything more we can do for you on this matter . As our normal process is to call us within 7 days of the removal to report any issues to us direct so we can have a chance to put things right for you . “Excellent service from start to finish. Was difficult to get van in our area so they walked everything by hand to the vehicle which was further away. Did it without any worries. Worked so well from were we move from to the new abode in Cornwall. And yet still service. Would recommend them every time. Booked at short notice too. Thank you. Mr & Mrs Lumsden Cornwall”

“Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Moved my belongings from mid terraced Edwardian property safely and quickly 2 years ago and as stress free as I could imagine possible. 2 years later, coming out of storage has been as good an experience as going in. The team are hard working and considerate to my needs/wishes and take appropriate covid precautions. My belongings have been beautifully preserved, just as they went in two years ago. During the two years office staff have only ever been friendly, polite and considerate, even with the pandemic and fact I don't Internet bank. I cannot sing Plymouth Removers praises high enough, would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for moving services and/or storage. Thanks team!”

“Lindsey and Bonnie very easy to deal with in the office and helpful. Reasonably priced and they do not try to load you up with all types of extras that bump up the price as some other companies do. Really helpful in getting a date booked at a very busy time. We moved over 2 days which took the stress out and the guys over both days were great. Some very minor damage on a few items, but nothing I felt was unreasonable or needed to raise with the company or claim against insurance.”

“Hard working, professional, kind and humorous. Patient too when we were unsure of the location of some items. Perhaps need to be a bit more COVID conscious when talking to clients however it's very difficult for them. Excellent service, nice bunch of guys.”
