Worse company ! The engineer is a fraud Did not properly check and made incorrect diagnosis of the issue misleading me to agree on replacing the entire panel for the boiler. Not answering relevant questions, being dismissive . I finally did not commision them And guess what another engineer did the job in 10 min without needing to replace the panel of the boiler . My complaint is still not handled

One star is too much. Total rip-off. They did send someone the same day but at a cost of £150 plus VAT. He said the automatic air vent needed replacing and they would send an estimate. The estimate was £65 plus VAT for the part plus £225 plus VAT for fitting - total £348. The boiler was left switched on but with a notice saying "Danger do not use" and it has been working fine for the last 6 days. I googled the part and found it cost £13.20 including VAT so I refused their estimate and ordered the part myself. My usual plumber came today to fit it and said the part did not need replacing and nothing further needed to be done - so I now have a spare AAV and just paid the plumber for his petrol.

It seems that other customers are not happy with their service either. When I got the final bill I was charged for two hours. He was only hear for one hour? The parts were invoiced for £240. When I checked on line, genuine Baxi parts only cost £76.97 a difference of £163. Still in dispute with them. Wouldn't recommend them, as over inflated parts cost.

I had booked half a day of to be there no apologies seems to me they make as many bookings as they can and hope they can get there and they are not the cheapest would not use try other companies first there are better and cheaper out there.

Avoid at all costs. This company are ruthless scam artists and thiefs. I have reported them to Barclays bank fraud to get my money back. Literally use any other company than this one. They will screw you completely then block your number and email and whatsapp after taking your money. They won't provide a report or invoice etc they took hundreds of pounds from me to fix to valves on a boiler then as soon as i had paid because i wasn't on site never did the job literally took my money and walked then blocked me when I tried to contact them since. It's unbelievable.

DO NOT USE I wanted a dishwasher plumed. The engineer arrived and said he had to get some parts! Surely he should have parts in his van! He came back after 30 minutes and said it would be another 1 hour to do the work! They take your card details prior to work being done. I phoned the office to say cancel the job as it would cost too much! They took £144 regardless of work being done! RIP OFF COMPANY I got another plumber to do the job! It took him 20 minutes and he charged £75

Visited for leak & service, condemned my boiler, with no provision for heat & water. When given contradictory report from original installers, they have just ignored. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Despite atrocious weather Richard Emms turned up within 4 hours of me calling Plumbingforce and then in the cold and pouring rain he spent an hour fixing my gas leak after 5 days without heating and hot water you can imagine how grateful I was just wish I had called them sooner

This company charges over the odds for all elements of their quote. They charge £1,200 per day for labour. They charged me £1,800 for just under 8 hours work. How does that equate to 1.5 days? They charge £500 for additional 5 years extended warranty when the boiler manufacturer already provides 7-year free warranty if boiler installation is done by one of their approved installers; and PlumbingForce engineers are approved by this supplier. So effectively, I paid £500 extra for an additional 3-year warranty. The boiler unit with flue and additional kit costs less than £1,700 including vat. When you factor in supplier discount to PlumbingForce, its much less than that. PlumbingForce refuse to provide a copy of the original invoice from the boiler supplier for my records. They charged me £4,080 to install my boiler when several quotes like for like with exact same qualifications, certifications and same 10-year warranty came to £2,000. The gas engineer did not plug a leak in the filter at the end of day 1 leaving our hallway carpet wet. Had we not noticed, it would have been a disaster. He also did not ask for a vacuum to clean up the mess in the hallway. Very unprofessional. Finally, the current operations manager Michelle is very rude. She was very rude and curt on the phone. She does not respond to emails and when she does, she deliberately, sometimes, replies in CAPS, to shout back. She has at the time of typing failed to answer all my questions. There is no point sending emails to their enquiries email . She is one of the people responding to emails received, expect nothing short of extremely poor customer service. If you need a gas combi boiler installed with a 10-year warranty for a 3-bedroom house, it should cost you no more than £2,000. Shop around online, get a few quotes, speak to the boiler manufacturer/ supplier about the warranties available. Remember, a gas engineer hourly rate is about £60 per hour, even in London, so a day rate should not be more than £480 (£576 if they are vat registered). A boiler should not take more than 8 hours for installation by one engineer. Do not make the mistake I made, do not pay double the amount required. Get your quotes in and Do NOT USE PlumbingForce Ltd.

It started when I had a new cooker delivered. The guys that came to install said there was a gas leak. Seeing PLUMBING FORCE advert we called for help. After a bit and a bill for £2,754 the leak was fixed. During this time an engineer noticed my gas fire might need checking for stability, and it was disconnected. This is where the fun starts. Appointment 1 Phonned to ask to have the fire reconnected. This was cancelled by PF due to engineer being on holiday. Appointment 2 Engineer came out but was not qualified to fit fires,he thought he came to fix a leak. When I asked why send out a non competent engineer iwas told the office would call me on Monday to re schedule. Needles s to say I got no phone call,l had to phone them. Appointment 3 Time arranged then PF cancelled due to sickness, understandable but very frustrating. Then told on a Saturday try a third party and send them the bill, but where would I get one on aSaturday afternoon on a Bank Holiday weekend? Told I would be first on the list on Tuesday between 8/9 am When they didn't show I tried phoning.Got through only to be told I was not on that days list of jobs. After going ballistic on the phone I was promised and assured they would be with me on the Wednesday morning between 8/9am. But you guessed it they didn't show When I was phoned and told this I insisted they come even if it ment they had to work overtime. Eventually they turned up and went to put the gas fire in. Ofcourse being classed as a new fit a smoke/fume test had to be done. Only a little bit blew back , but it was enough to stop the fitting. I was told to get the chimney swept. This I did,but when I phoned PF I was told that they couldn't fix the fire in,because they didn't fit gas fires. When I asked why they disconnected my fire no one would give an answer I asked to speak to the Customer Service Manager, but was told she didn't speak to customers.WHY? I did finally get an E-Mail from her saying this would be looked into.I was told engineers in my area don't do fires. So why disconnect my fire in the first place. But as usual with this firm I have not heard anything more, after being told l would be hearing from her. All l would say to anyone reading this is don't trust them. They are not reliable or customer orientated. This seems to be bourn out by other reviews on this page. I have now got somebody else to do the work who I trust. Needless to say I won't be using PF ever again or recommend them to any body else.

I asked for a quote for a bath to be installed in my shower room. Took them 2 cancellation to come and view my project. The person who cam did not show much of an interest. The only reason he came was to take £30 from my bank account. No quote was given. I call 4 times to get a quote but I was ignored. Could be because I had an accent and they just took me for a ride. Well, I will now need my money back for no job done.

We requested two taps being repaired. The kitchen tap levers are now in a different position (they should have been left the same whatever the reason, we only needed the o-ring replaced, why inflat the job?), the hot tap is a lot stiffer than the cold tap, they're 45 degree tap levers and the full range of flow is now just in 10 degrees, so they're over sensitive with most of the range now being pointless. The bathroom tap was fixed fine, but the whole tap is now a bit loose against the sink and i'll need to tighten it. He also did some extra work to the toilet, we signed off on this so it's fair enough, but in hindsight it wasn't that much of a problem. The cistern would stop flowing eventually. Cost us an extre £125 odd. When quoted the price over the pjone of 99 per hour it wasn't mentioned that that was exc. VAT. I guess a lot of people would consider this, but probably not many domestic customers. The full cost for two easy tap repairs and the additional toilet work was over £450! Overall the job was inflated with pretty poor quality. We just needed an o-ring replaced and an insert replaced for the other tap. Won't use again. Update: from 12 days later, the kitchen tap is now leaking again!? Literally what did we spend £450 on. Will be calling tomorrow to get a fix. 2nd Update: said they would get another engineer out but said they would charge us if it wasn't because of a part they used. For the high price and shoddy work it's not worth the risk. I also asked that if the leak was found to be for another reason, that should have been spotted during the first expensive visit and a FOC visit, but they disagreed. Mad way to operate.

Called Plumbingforce due to water leak from loft tank causing ceiling to collapse. Engineer arrived, very pleasant and polite and performed work for a £200+ charge. The problem was not solved and a second visit by the say Engineer revealed a split in the water tank and the comment "How did I miss that?". My insurance policy did not cover me due to the split being the cause of the problem and no damage occuring which needed physical repair. Result is a quote for £1000+ which I would have to find out of my own pocket. Contact with the company involved a 'conversation' with the Operations Manager which was disgraceful. Having been asked about the situation, the person persisted in talking over me and, from comments made, clearly not listening to me. Result of this shambolic customer service was my getting annoyed and then bring told not to 'shout at me'! Despite the appalling outcome, I am expected to pay the full cost without any compensation for the low standard performance and the lack of customer service demonstrated by a 'Manager'!

Absolute cowboys. I'd give zero stars if possible. Exorbitant fees but i did know these at outset as i was desperate. Their 'technician' was in and out 15 mins and said he'd sorted it by simply unscrewing and re-screwing the pipes. He was more concerned with getting out asap (it was xmas eve). He did not fix the issue and on coming out again said it would cost another £176 plus parts to have another ago. I called s0meone else out who changed the value over in 30 mins for £50. Plumbing force refuse to address their awful service. Definite 'rogue traders' so just be on your guard.

Plumbing force? More like plumbing fraud! Do not touch with a 10 inch barge pole... Flush wasn't working on my toilet so I had them come out to fix it... £260 later for parts and labour + VAT and the plumber" ripped out a pipe and failed to give a clear reason as to why it needed to be taken out (especially considering that he initially said we just needed a new siphon) . In the process of ripping the pipe out he also managed to put a substantial crack in the toilet, meaning that I needed a new pan and seat and was billed £750 for parts and labour on that job to be carried out the next day. No apology from the plumber for breaking the toilet. £1000 to fix the flush on my toilet. What an absolute joke!! Does plumbing fraud think people are made of money?! Or do they just not care who they rip off? Plumber came back the next day and fitted new toilet as I felt I didn't have much choice in the matter once he had broken our perfectly good one. He left the old toilet in the hallway! So after all that he couldn't even dispose of our old loo for us. Furthermore I phoned the number on their site to make a complaint and this number is only for making bookings. There is no one to speak to on the phone to make a complaint and I was told to email them my complaint and that the person I spoke to would make sure someone got back to me as a matter of urgency! I sent the email at 8am and heard nothing back all day. I later read on the website that complaints are to be made by letter. So I wasted my time and even took time out of work to compose my email to then later have to faff on and write and print a letter to post out to them in the evening. I am fuming!

Awful experience, avoid this company at all costs! I paid £30 for a plumber to attend my house to give me a quote, he was rushed and kept telling me he needed to leave and would send my quote the same day. Instead, later that day my card was charged £426 without my authorisation. I then spent 3 hours of my time calling Plumbing Force customer service to establish why this was taken and get my money back. Customer service was poor, and it took me 5 days to have my money refunded. After this I sent in a complaint and received an incredibly rude and unapologetic response, and I was then ignored. A nightmare and no remorse from Plumbing Force for the issue they caused.
