“The plumbing art was delivered in good time, but the part was missing a small washer where the water comes out. Luckily we could use the washer from the old part.”

“Sorry, I don't like given negative reviews but my copper tubing turned up just wrapped in tape at both ends meaning that due to uncareful shipping the tubing was dented in many places, not ony does it look bad you obviously can't get a proper seal if you want to cut it at where the many dents were. Shoiuld be shipped more carefully or in a protective tube. The rest of the order was fine”
