“The plumber came quickly which was great. I paid £180 but the leak continued all night until I was able to call another plumber the next morning. So it was a complete waste of money. Wouldn’t use this service again.”

“A DELAYED ARRIVAL DUE TO TIMING MIX-UP, THE REPRESENTATIVE ARRIVED AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KIND. THE ELECTRICIAN COMPLETED THE TASK AND EFFICIENTLY DEALT WITH THE FEW FORMALITIES. I WILL CERTAINLY USE THE SERVICE AGAIN MYSELF AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. THANK YOU”

“Very pleased with the service from call handling to resolution. I called early on Sunday morning (in the middle of the pandemic) because we had a burst pipe. When the plumber attended he made no fuss and just got down and fixed the problem as quickly as was possible. It was a job I had no way of doing myself, so I was mightily relieved. Because it was a Sunday in a pandemic, it took a while for him to arrive but when I chased the call handler knew who I was and got the plumber to call me which he did almost immediately, giving me an ETA and requesting a picture of the problem, so he could get parts if necessary. Overal, helpful, proactive and creative.”

“The gentleman came on a Sunday and went above and beyond. He sorted out the heating but then saw that we had a gas leak. He found it, went to buy a new valve, came back and fixed it. A real professional.”

“The plumber was extremely grumpy and expected me to know about plumbing jargon and just rolled his eyes at me when I looked confused. He fixed the problem however he could have had a better approach and attitude while doing his job.”

“I am writing to you regarding a plumber you guys despatched to me on Monday 06/12/21, named Joya. He came to my house, inspected the boiler and stated he fixed it through cleaning the tubes. However, while fixing and inspecting the boiler, he asked me how to fix the pressure as he didn’t know how to. At this point I got very weary of his ability and confidence of fixing my boiler. Today, the boiler started making the same noises as before Joya came. Clearly the £180 I paid was not spent for the fixing of my boiler, rather it was for his incapability of being a plumber. I am without heating and without hot water, at a time I am having to work from home and my boyfriend is very busy at work, therefore going in everyday… and having to have cold showers, and living in a house as cold as Antarctica. I called Joya today and he was the opposite of helpful or empathetic to the situation, claiming we would need to book an appointment to him to come over when it fits his schedule. I do not appreciate his attitude, especially as I had previously paid him to fix the same issues as what is happening today. I hope to receive a refund of £180 as it is obvious that he was incapable of fixing it and I do not require his services no longer. I am doing you a favour by just asking for my refund, rather than compensation or writing very negative public reviews of your services and his.”

“Incredible service - was quoted for a £2,500-£6,000 full boiler replacement and using this company as a second opinion (who came within an hour after calling at 5.30pm on a Sunday), they sorted it for £600 including vat and communicated well throughout (it was a tenanted property so wasn’t there) so very very pleased. Would recommend and use again (but hopefully not for that same boiler!)”

“Arrived 2hrs late. Charged £118 for the plumber to tell me what I’d already told them was wrong when I booked in the job! Unable to fix on the day despite being told they would. Then told they will send me a quote for the work which I’m still waiting for a week later. Have now gone elsewhere.”

“I'm not happy with this company and will not use them again in recommend them to anyone. The engineer they sent to look at my boiler didn't spend up to 3mins in my house. He looked at the boiler and told me it's working, that I should leave it on for longer hours and not turn it off and that's it. Within 5mins of his leaving my house, the company rang me and asked me to pay £118.80. That was a complete reap off, that gave me the greatest shock of my life. I'm surprised this company have the guts to ask me for review..”
