“Marcus did an excellent job in my mothers bathroom. I must say it was a very challenging work. He has managed to work it Cost effective. Left the bathroom spotless clean. Very kind person. We have no hesitations to use his services in the future. Thank you Marcus.”

“Charlie is a very good plumber, my toilet wasn't working well, that bothered my family life, Charlie came to our property and offered great service, quickly solved out the problem. Thumbs Up!”

“Put through to a plumber who came to fix our toilet but a week later it broke. Called him and he said that he only put a temporary fix and that we can fix it ourselves. Paid too much money for such a bad job like that”

“The plumber that came out wanted to charge me £120 + vat for coming in and turning off the water from the mains. Spent max 5 minutes with inability to continue the job due to no access to the toilet flush mechanism. Luckily the call centre sorted it out once I phoned them to pay the call out fee of £30. Please instruct your plumbers not to try and ask for the full fee if they cannot perform the job for whatever reason.”

“The service provided was friendly and the engineer arrived within a few hours. He did temporarily fix the pressure on the boiler, but when it stopped working again, the provider told me that I would be charged another £118 for a call-out because ‘the problem had been solved when he left the house’. So I basically paid £118 for nothing. It’s not on, frankly.”
