My ONLY criticism is that it wasn't super clear that only one of the twin seats converts to a carry cot (all the pictures assumes they both do) and my initial thought was it was a tad misleading. But that negative thought didn't last long as she absolutely loves it!!”

Got through to a human being, unfortunately can't remember the lady's name but she was very helpful and resolved the problem by sending me a new one. Granddaughter was still happy the wheel stayed on in the house so she could play with the pram pushing it slowly.”
