“The pram arrived quickly. However, there was a fault on one of the seats. I called customer service and they had a replacement sent out the next day. That had arrive broken. I called them again and they didnt hesitate in replacing it again. 3rd time lucky..... It was perfect. It does seem a little expensive for the actual product, but the customer service was excellent. Nothing was a problem ir too much for them!”

“Daisy pram arrived very promptly and looks fabulous, had a query about slight movement in handle whichever height it is at and have been assured this is normal. This is for my granddaughters 5 th birthday today and I know she will be delighted with this very sturdy little pram.”

“The pram is lovely just right for my tall 6 year old granddaughter. I also bought the rain cover which is brilliant as now she can take her ‘baby’ for a walk in all Weathers. She loves it and has played with it every day since her birthday. It is also the right size to be able to play indoors with”

“My granddaughter absolutely loves it! My ONLY criticism is that it wasn't super clear that only one of the twin seats converts to a carry cot (all the pictures assumes they both do) and my initial thought was it was a tad misleading. But that negative thought didn't last long as she absolutely loves it!!”

“Pram is amazing. My daughter is 7 and very tall and this size was perfect for her and when she's takker can flick the handle bad upwards. Quality is amazing and just looks wonderful. It arrived promptly too. Would buy from here again.”

“Their customer service was on point and they helped me choose a tall enough pram that I have been searching for years for my autistic daughter who's never been able to have one as she is so tall so I finally bought her one for Xmas and she was delighted the pram is beautiful and sturdy and delivery was great and they kept me informed throughout thankyou play like mum for making a 12 year old little girl so happy if I could give you more than five stars I would”
