“Postage was not next day it took 4 days to arrive , but the quality of product was good”

“My delivery did not arrive within the timeframe given, it actually turned up 3 days late! Although, I believe this was the fault of the delivery company. Play Like Mum gave fantastic customer service and always replied promptly to my emails. The issue with my delivery was investigated and I was kept up to date. Very happy with the pram now it's finally here!”

“Delivery was expected next working day so took day off but by 11.30 I thought I'd phone and was told yodel had not picked up the night before so no delivery until the day after. An early phone call or e mail could have been made.”

“Bought this Pam for my nieces 3rd birthday. Easy to assemble ( it was apparent you need to unclip sections so base if pram comes down). When it's in full pram mode the pram/carry cot moves about a bit. Also thought the fabric is a bit cheap”
