“My parcel was delivered to a house no where near my house with no note left in my door . When I phoned head office asking where my delivery was I was told it was at number 9 I asked number 9 who said they didn’t have it , when I called back to say that they said they would call the delivery company and call me back they didn’t call back and when I phoned up for the 3rd time told me I was “giving him grief all day” The parcel had actually been delivered to number 9 of a road no where near my house along with the delivery note to say it was there ! I only found out because the man who lived there bought it round for me ! Head office never did call me back to say where it was or to check if I had found it !!! I’ve not yet put it up as it’s a birthday present so I’m hoping it’s all there / working or I’ll have to deal with head office again !”

“Never received item, apparently was in yodel for the 10 days prior to Christmas and I couldn’t cancel! However was able to cancel on 30th Dec!! If you’d cancelled before I could have reordered and my daughter would have had the pram she wanted for Christmas. Sat in waiting for a whole week in the run to Christmas for it not to arrive. One word to describe your service ‘APPALLING’”

“Items ordered for next day delivery (the week before Christmas, for gifts), to be delivered to a local store for collection with opening hours of 8am-11pm (including Christmas and Boxing Day). Store chosen because of all-day opening hours. Goods never delivered! Delivery company Yodel website advised no-one was in for delivery (!) so goods were to be collected from warehouse 15 miles away! Very disappointing. Obviously they had not tried to deliver. Missed giving Xmas presents to my neices who were disappointed. I contacted the company and have received NO response. To date, they have taken my money and not delivered anything. Extremely poor service. Do not use this company. Now need to chase them to get my money back...”

“Came to put the pioneer pram up on Christmas eve and it was grey but I ordered pink as my daughter wanted a pink pram for Christmas. Couldn't let her down with the pram as she had been asking one for months I messaged play like mum on Facebook but no reply then wrote a post on their wall they replied to the first few comment then just ignored the last one”

“Delivered,in the few weeks before xmas,with the product pictures all over the box for the children to see,no wrapping at all.....absolutely devastated the surprise is ruined how do you explain that to a 3 and 6 year old!”

“The pram I ordered was delivered and a card left saying it had been left at a neighbour- it wasn’t left there and the time it’s taken to find out what’s happened meant I missed giving he gift on the correct day - no mention of how to correct, refund or compensation.”
