Playdale Playgrounds Ltd is a family-run, international business that manufactures playground equipment. We pride ourselves on creating exciting, innovative and educational outdoor play equipment that makes children smile all over the world.

Our head office, manufacturing facilities and global distribution centre are situated on the edge of the Lake District in Cumbria, UK. We have a fantastic team of 110 people and have created over 23,000 play areas in 49 countries across the world.

“We were very happy with the service provided in replacing two pieces of play equipment, and are planning to use Playdale again.”

“We had a warranty claim on out 14 year old timber nest swing (15 year warranty on laminated timber, see picture) which was no quibble and a repair was offered straight away, however we decided to replace the whole swing with the upgraded steel in floor design due to its age and received a discount on a new swing instead of the warranty repair on the old swing, which was installed quickly and professionally.”

This review is primarily referring to our most recent communication with them; arranging inspections and quotations for some repairs. Heather was, as always, really helpful and patient despite me changing the quotation at every turn. Thank you!”

After an inspection revealed a small missing part, i contacted Heather on the sales team, who went out of her way to help me with the replacement part. It is these small gestures of customer service that go along way to ensure we will use them again in the future.”

“Playdale did a site visit and gave us good quotes and knowing our restricted budget were able to show us options to maximise the play equipment we could get. The installation was good and the equipment looks great. I'm sure the children will really enjoy it.”
