“Order not arrived and order status been changed to complete. I rang the phone line, once I finally got though. The lady on the phone (who was very polite) said she would call back and provide me with an update as she couldn't get in contact with the relevant people. I'm still awaiting my call back and my products.”

“Still waiting for my prepaid order 10 days after ordering on 31/3/24. Your post order contact for customers is appalling. Basically ignoring all contact by customers. All you get , no matter what time you call is a pre recorded message. I did get a reply from customer services, once via e mail, which didn't do me any good, as I still am waiting for my order to be delivered.”
