“Actually happy about the frame, however part of the order was cancelled and aftersales told us the product was sold off although it was still available in the online shop. Therefore we had to order it from somewhere else and had new shipping fees added. The discussion with after sales was one sided, trying to explain why we were wrong about it and they refunded the box. I believe that an end to end customer experience must include a good aftersales. Therefore if everything goes right, you'll be pleased. If you have an issue well... You honnestly don't want to.”

“Company is not based in the UK but France - the website was extremely buggy and difficult to use. We eventually received the item which was then wrong. So again we had it sent to us and arrived bent in half because they use poor packaging. As a company ourselves that personalise and ships items abroad this company has a lot to still learn about how to run a business well.”

“Did not receive my item on time. Completely missed the birthday it was intended for. Was unable to get a response from the company. I'd suggest avoiding this company all together as they don't seem to be able to get the very basic stuff right.”

“The cards arrived and the holes for the ribbon to go through were too close to the edge of the cards that they ripped when you tried to tie the bows. When I queried this with Planet Cards I was advised that the holes were in the wrong place on the sample they sent me before I placed the order so the cards were miss sold to me. I am not very happy and Planet Cards will not reply to my email or rectify the issue which is a disgrace. Do not buy from this company.”

“We had a problem using the web site, phoned and left a message for them to contact us... nothing!! Battled through, when our wedding invitations arrived they were very bad. Tried contacting them by email, response was in french, tried again, no reply. We are not happy!!!”

“We used planet cards for our wedding invites. At first it was tricky to use and edit on their website but we managed to do it eventually. Overall we are Very happy with the service and quality of the product. Customer service were helpful and it does help to pay that extra for quality check. Absolutely love the product. No issue with any of the quality. All were perfect. So would recommend them. 👌🏼”

“Absolutely useless, placed an order with them which didn’t arrive. I then had to chase them to find out what’s going on. Customer service is a joke, they make excuses and blame everything on their IT systems.”

“Poor service, wrong address noted and when I tried to contact them to correct it, no response. Left them a "ticket" informing them, but no answer. Card wasn't showing as manufactured until 1 week after I ordered. Do not use this scam of a company.”

“Lovely card, but the 1 envelope I requested was the one that came addressed to me! They could have at least put the card inside the envelope, then put it in a bigger envelope to post to me. I wasn't pleased as the card was for my fiance for Valentine's day, but the response I got was that they'd send me an envelope but it would arrive after Valentine's day. I would have thought that it was common sense not to use the one and only envelope I'd bought with the card as the address envelope!!”

“Useless - ordered personalised card that never came. It was for daughter's 18th birthday so wanted to be a unique card. Have now had to get a card from elsewhere which is not unique. Took over 24 hours to reply to mail querying receipt of order. Reply was in 'auto-translate' English saying well can't get another one out to you in time (still a week before birthday-why can't you send 24 hour post??) hard cheese.”

“The order was delayed and I had to chase dispatch even after the latest date I was supposed to receive my order. When it came it was completely wrong. They took no responsibility and were extremely unhelpful rather than helping me to resolve their error. I would definitely not recommend. Their first suggestion was laughable that I reorder and they would give me a discount on the new order meaning that I would be paying twice for what I originally asked for.”

“After initial problems with the quality of the first order, planet cards promptly rectified the issues and sent me out new cards free of charge. Customer service and delivery was excellent and would definitely recommend them.”

“We use planet cards for our son christening and we are very happy with the invitations. I will recommend to anyone who wants to use it. You can choose which one you like, you can personalise, you can upload pictures, the only thing I will advise anyone is be careful how you put the pictures .before I order I played a lot until I get what I want and the result was exactly how I wanted , they are in perfect condition. I would like to thank Mary for letting me know my mistakes luckily with her that she managed to fix my mistakes! Thank you very much! Andrada”

“I ordered 4 different versions of my wedding invitation in various styles and on various types of card. All arrived within a few days of ordering. Once I was happy with my card and design choice, I placed my order and the invitations arrived within a few days. Was very pleased with them. The communication I had from Planet Cards during the process was excellent. Thanks very much to all involved in the process.”
