“Parking was easy and convenient but car had a small dent on passenger door that want there before we parked probably caused by another car door”

“Well signposted and frequency of bus to & from terminal, even with a 2am arrival back into Edinburgh following a delay. Consider additional stop points and shelter in the car park especially needed in bad weather as it seems to be only 2 stops.”

“Very busy and was not sure where disabled parking was so missed that which would been closer to the bus stop. Would use again. We were lucky with the bus at each end of trip too! Not long to wait.”

“It was a good experience, possibly could do with a bit more disabled parking at the bus stops. I was lucky there was 1 available. Bus drivers were good and polite.”

“Would recommend fast Trak parking. Have used this on a few occasions and have only had slight issues in leaving. Had to press the intercom to be let out every time I had left. Being slightly picky though.”

“The only reason it was not 5 stars was because it wasm't obvious where to get the shuttle bus from the terminal...we ended up walking, following the red sign. At the bus stop, it needs to ssy " Plane Parking bus stop". Otherwise it was great and will definately use again.”

“Fantastic - although again i was told at exit that i needed to pay hundreds of pounds! this is easily resolved when you click to speak to someone - but there's always a moment of panic ! Its happend a few times for me - always resolved easily though”

“Good price when pre booked. Bus to airport prompt and frequent. Remember keep ticket for exit. Only suggestion would be to clean inside shelters as large spiders put off some visitors.”

“Parking and transportation was fine although I did receive a fright when I tried to leave car park and was presented with a £350 parking fee I pressed the help button and the attendant allowed me to leave stating it was a malfunction”

“Easy to book and find the car park with a short walk to the airport. However, our flight was cancelled for 2 days and you are unable to extend your stay which made booking for the extra two days one very difficult to find availability in the same car park and two it was more expensive as it was last minute booking”

“Good service overall - straight into the carpark and a shuttle bus every 10 minutes or so - day and night. Number plate recognition, so you don't need to do anything if you've paid in advance; just drive in, and drive out when you return from holiday. You will need to follow the directions carefully to the parking, though the way is signposted, to avoid ending up in the wrong carpark. Book and pay in advance if possible, unless you're a millionaire; its way cheaper...”
