Cost of parking = £35+ and I thought it was amazing since I usually get a cab!! Arrived home at 1.30am this morning. Couldn’t get out the car park. The machine at the exit kept demanding a payment of £45+. I realised right away that I had given the date of my return flight on the booking forgetting that the date would have changed by one day due to landing after midnight so that’s totally my fault! But come on…. £45+!!!! That is just absolutely disgusting 😡I wouldn’t have minded paying something - it was my error after all but that was really shocking!! So. I will never use this service again and I will ensure I make all my family, friends, colleagues aware via different reviews.

Hi we booked in for six nights from Saturday the 29th April arriving back half past midnight on the 6th of May. We where on holiday to nice and on arriving back at nice airport 3 hours before our flight home found out that our flight had been cancelled. We hastily rearranged a flight for the next day and tried to contact you by phone and online but couldn't get through to you. On arrival back at Edinburgh Airport and picked up our car we got to the barrier and had to pay a £45 surcharge which was not our fault. We think that you should have been a bit more sympathetic. Thanks for nothing Plane Parking.

I understand the frustration that will have been caused by the cancelled flight and I’m sorry to hear that your delay resulted in an additional charge at the car park barrier. The details on how to extend your booking can be found in your booking confirmation. If you exit out with your booking you will be subject to the drive-up and park rates which can be found online. Went to 5 car parks trying to find the one we had booked into all said wasn't the correct one. There was no phone number we could call. No airport staff knew where it was. Had to use a barrier car park at the terminal and it cost £180.00 for 3 days as we were going to miss our check-in.

Parking itself fine shuttle fine but customer care number none existent! Last minute change of plans left me I had to take my partner car on short notice no way to change reg of car for booking and ended up making 2 booking for the one date. Still haven't figured out where or who to call to sort this. Be careful when booking as there is no normal service provided its book and prey

Horrible Experience. Pre-booked and was unable to exit the carpark as wanted £180. Operative completely unapologetic and asked me if I had changed my car registration?!! Lashing rain which soaked me and the interior of my car whilst trying to provide booking reference number - my name “spell that for me” - and my car registration (again) - to be finally told “that’s you”?! Last time I will be using this service!

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. The way from the airport to the car was not or really badly signposted with the result I had a long walk back to my car. The map sent on the confirmatory email was worse than useless and there were no instruction on where to get the bus. Finally there was no means to get in touch with anybody at your organisation and the people we asked around the bus pickup area could not help us. I will definitely avoid plane parking again. I am only grateful that the 45 minute walk to the park was not under the rain. Finally I saw the shuttle bus en route to the car park, tried to flag it down and was ignored by your driver.

Actually my car was out of action soI tried to cancel on the 7t hand 8th but your phon number was wrong, I had now way to contact you , so I'm out of pocket, was luck there was a bus service

Hi I booked a days parking online and paid £16.99 on 14th April. On arrival at 5.30 am I was issued with a ticket from the machine. On departure from the car park when I put the ticket back into the machine I had to pay £45. On checking my bank statement this evening it states I have been charged for the £16.99 and £45.00. Not happy with this at all and would appreciate if you could refund the £45 back into my account. Many thanks Andrea

Was unable to follow your instructions for parking and in the end got confused and followed signs for plane parking and ended up in the wrong plane parking, costing £180 on my return on top of the £66 already paid to you in advance. I feel some sort of refund is due as it was not entirely my fault. I am far from happy

Plane was delayed by 14 hours due to passenger having a heart attack, and crew out of hours, so had overnight stay. CHARGED EXTRA £45 for the extra part day. Not happy!

As per our Terms and Conditions, if you overstay past your booking end, you will be charged at non-pre-booked rates. I did not receive an email confirmation of my booking which was not a good start. When I arrived the ticket showed for terminal parking when I had booked multi-storey parking. As a result I did not get my fast track passes. When I returned and tried to exit it showed I owed over £200. As I had prepaid this was clearly not correct. It was resolved quickly and I left the car park after a short conversation with a staff member via intercom

Thank you for your review. If you do not receive your booking confirmation after placing a booking we would encourage customers to reach out to us so we can resend it. Please note depending on how your inbox is set up the booking confirmation may have went to your spam folder. When entering the Multi-storey car park you will be issues with a ticket when you enter the Terminal car park barriers, you will then reinsert this ticket to access the Multi-storey car park. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Arrived to find car park closed ( two couples, two cars) had to hang about in freezing cold to finally be instructed to attend long stay car park. Had to walk with two suitcases each to terminal as no transfer bus available. Not a great start to our holiday. On return had long walk again to retrieve cars.

Good location but no confirmation email on booking left me unsure if I was parked in the right place. Flight delays meant I returned later than expected and had to pay an extra £45. Not happy

This was a disaster! I was charged an additional £50 on leaving the car park. I have complained and want my £50 refunded. So far I have had no response!

How do I get a refund? I paid for 2 day's parking at Edinburgh airport, and when I went to exit, it showed I owed £125, which I had to pay, because I was not on their system. It was the only way I could get out. I have provided receipt of the additional money I needed to pa to exit the car park. There was no answer when I pressed the buzzer, and there was a queue forming behind me. So the money I paid you was basically useless. So I need a refund. I can prove the amount I paid you, and I can prove the additional fee I had to pay to get out. My booking reference Order ID, with you, is: V1LTM31T2. If I get a satisfactory response from you, I will log in and change my feedback\scroe rating.

Car park was a nightmare it cost me £12 to fine the correct entrance. On leaving it tried to charge me £360 and had to press for help. Totally put my off travelling from Edinburgh.
