“Service very good. Was told there closing times over the Cheristmas holiday period. Then after they re-opened was advised that the product `I wanted was out of stock. When they had one they contacted me to ask if I still wanted that item - very efficient.”

Hi Peter - thank you for your reviews and we're very pleased to hear you're loving your new dressing gown. With regards to the packaging, it is difficult to balance every customer's wish but we try to keep it to a minimum from an environmental perspective. We do still offer a luxury gift wrapping service for those that would like a box, but I'm afraid this is a chargeable extra so we do understand this isn't something you would necessarily want to pay for if the items aren't to be gifted!
