“Extremely satisfied to date with the customer service from PJ Pan. They have been absolutely wonderful while answering my questions and processing my order. I'm based in the US and have never ordered from overseas and was feeling a little anxious about the process. I received my package on time and in perfect condition. “The latest two pairs of pyjama trousers have been brought as a Christmas present for my partner and so have yet to be tried. Since moving to PJ Pan pyjamas she will wear no others and so I suspect these will be as big a hit as previous pairs.”
