Cold called by no. 0235053587, when I looked it up it came up with Pitman Training Group. They hung up immediately.

The course was really quite expensive for what it was; £600 for about a 40 page workbook which was easy to breeze through and that was the advanced course. The training provider seems very keen to sell the product and quite uninterested in providing ongoing support.

I really enjoyed the course which is very beneficial to my job role. Nichola was very supportive and answered queries swiftly. Although a challenging time to be completing a course remotely I felt supported at all times

Currently studying Medical Terminology course which I decided to embark on after having worked in customer service as I was interested in working the medical field with the view of upskilling to gain employment. No complaints to make about the course. The staff are all very helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. Plodding on with the course work. Would reccommend them as a training provider.

Due to Covid, and no Computer or printer at home. I was unable to complete my course. Not once did the centre get in touch we me over the period from March up to August. It was I, who did the emailing. So now, I am out of pocket, of the fee I paid and with no completion of my course. This course, was taken, so I could help update my skills, to return back to the work place, so was my CV amended with the same details, to which I need to resubmit to all the agencies omitting Pitman course. If anybody is thinking of paying out a lot of money to do one of these course, I would think again, if something like this happens again and you unable to complete your course at home, you are in trouble, as no fee will be refunded.

Haven't received the support i needed from the start, awful at getting back to you, no understanding that there's been a global pandemic so I haven't been able to complete my training whilst the centre has been shut, due to not having the software I needed. Came into my course believing there would be 2 exams which is actually 5 now ive spoken with AAT directly. and that t here would be someone i could speak to when i dont understand a certain subject, however this is not the case. no warning that you're coming close to your expiry date, or that you're running behind where you should be, wasn't explained that extending a module for a month and paying to do so would in turn mean i have less time to complete my course. i understand that its in the contract that you have to complete a course within a certain time but i believe that for the money the course costs you should have more support and warning that you've only got some much time to do the rest and how much you actually have left to do to complete.

Worcester Branch is awful. The staff are really unhelpful and don’t care in the slightest.

I have just completed the Payroll Principles and Sage Payroll courses with Pitman Greenwich and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are so helpful, especially Patricia, and the course material was both easy to navigate and understand. Both exams were pitched at the right level as well. These courses are distance learning and with Covid 19 it also meant that I could not attend the centre, but this did not mean that I felt unsupported at any time. If you are looking for Payroll Courses then look no further.

Its overpriced for what it is. Be careful everyone I’ve spend £1700 there and looking back now I wouldn’t spend that money on the material I was given and staff wasn’t always helpful when I needed them

I would highly recommend pitman training if you are looking to further your skills. All of the staff were so helpful throughout my time studying. Nikki is amazing if you need any support and Dean is great at motivating you throughout. The Ipswich team have been so great during this difficult time, the staff are always there to answer any questions and organise your exams at home. It’s been a pleasure studying with Pitman’s Ipswich and I am leaving with many new skills and confidence in myself.

I found the Legal Text Processing Course interesting, informative and a good introduction to working in the legal environment. The staff were helpful and promptly answered any questions I had about the course.

The support I received from Tracie, Sally and Fern was amazing - nothing was an effort. The online course I did (Effective business communication) was easy to follow and it has definately helped me with the day to day communication with my customers. Thank you all so much.

I never took a remote training before but i will highly recommend Pitman training (Devon and Cornwall). My instructors Samantha and Magdalena really helped me through the duration of the course. They were ever ready to make my journey smooth and as a result i could pass my HR Diploma without any problems. Thank you Sam and Magdalena for guiding me in this journey.

2019 I decided to update and upgrade myself as I was planning to go back to work and want my CV to do the talking. I searched different online courses but Pitman training stood out. I book an appointment and met Sally at the Canterbury centre she was so warm and welcoming talk me thru different options but want me to go for what I want. Less than a year after I have Diploma in Administrative Assistant. It is so convenient as you can study anywhere at your own time. It was money well spent. All the staff at Canterbury and Maidstone centre are so good and are always checking on you to know how you are doing with your course. Trust me you won’t regret it. Thank you Sally, Lucy, Tracie and Fern.

I was really helped by the team at Pitman Training in Cardiff. Phill in particular was a real support with my distance learning. Thank you to all the team for all the support I received in order to pass my course!

Pitman Greenwich - AVOID!!!!! The worst experiece ever. They were all over me before I sing in and then I was let to myself. It's a money making organisation, if you wont pass the exam it's very hard to get clear feedback. It feels like they want you to fail so you will have to pay for retake. Very unprofesional service with rude attitude.

After leaving a career of 20 years I decided to retrain and study for an admin qualification with Pitman at the Newcastle Training Centre. I initially sought advice at the centre about which courses would best suit my requirements and from the outset I felt supported and confident at what was an anxious time for me. As I worked through each course that comprised the admin qualification I could not fault the assistance I received from the staff at Newcastle. They really helped me enjoy my time studying and without their encouragement and expertise, given both when I was working at home and in the office, I would not have gained the skills and qualifications to go ahead into a new career. I highly recommend the Pitman Training Centre at Newcastle with its fantastic staff. Thank you!

I have just completed my exams at the Leicester venue and just want to say that the receptionist was always smiling and friendly which made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is always willing to listen to what you have to say and want to say a big thank. Great work
