“Club app is a disaster - should not have been released generally with all of the flaws it has had. It has great potential, but the teething problems are inexcusable and are putting users off - and it is our club that bears the brunt of that not Pitchero.”

“The website is fantastic and really easy to use. However the apps have got worse with recent updates. They are now more confusing to use which is becoming a barrier to persuading parents to start using it. Is there any way the pitchero club app could be simplified so parents only see information relevant to their own childs teams? They can then use the main website for more club specific events and information?”

“For a very small cricket club, it is a great tool for summarising our matches and attaching photos. The scorecards an ability to calculate the seasons' statistics is a good cross check with my own excel version.”

“The competitions database is the game changer for me but I can't connect properly to two competitions and support haven't responded to contact form otherwise I'd have given a five. Database driven, multiple webmasters and mobile interface also hit the tickle button”

“As a basic member paying £66 a year things were goid but Fees are now £220 per year so for a club which struggles for money this hike in price means we cannot use Pitchero for all our teams now as We cannot afford it. Very disappointed in this massive price hike.”

“Pitchero are quite simply a lifeline to small clubs. We aren’t able to have sponsor boards round our pitch, so our website is one of the few ways we can give back to our sponsors. The staff are very helpful and always ready to listen and help. When we have ideas for new features, we know that they will be listened to and not just dismissed out of hand. The pricing seems fair and you do get great value for money.”
