“We had Luci Allen as our trainer/moderator for the ITIL 4 Foundation Training, and I truly enjoyed her real-life examples that helped to better understand the training material. It is already difficult to maintain and keep an in-person audience engaged, but she was able to do it remotely as well, and the "pop" quizzes helped ;) ... I would like to thank Luci for her time and for trying to help us to understand the material, asking questions, and taking a deep dive when needed.”

The way that it is designed if you like to take plenty of notes and practice using the teachings, this will fit that mold. If you are refreshing your skills and have not used Lean methods in a while, this is also for you. No matter where you are in the learning process, beginner or expert. This is a great training.”

“The online self-learning worked well for me but there are quite a few rudimentary spelling mistakes in the content which is a shame. The layout and presentation is good and I liked the memo training feature. The sample test papers bore very little relation to the actual exam - are more up to date and less repetitive ones available? Finally, shout out to the admin team who were lightning quick in giving to access to the course.”
