“Clothes look nice online, however I have found on many occasions with my orders, being left disappointed, as clothes often end up looking cheap and not well made. Which results in numerous returns made.”

“I ordered a dress for my daughter costing £60 and was extremely disappointed. The quality was so poor, item looked nothing like the picture, dreadful material and different colour. Was like a thin £10 fancy dress costume from the market. I'm now waiting on a refund!! so shocked that Pink Boutique short changed my refund. The whole thing was the worst online experience I have ever had. Refunds takes too long to process. Just a nightmare.”

Hi Kimberley, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to see this! To confirm, we try our best to stock only the best quality items here at Pink Boutique. This item will be pulled and we will investigate immediately. When you use our return label to return your order, we deduct £2.50 for using this. The returns label is a fully tracked service. You do not have to use our label to return your parcel. However, we do advise to return using a tracked method. We state all returns information on the invoice included inside your parcel. However, on this occasion, I have issued a full refund for you. Again, I'm so sorry for any upset caused. Team PB xx

“Sorry Pink Boutique but your items are of poor quality in material and stitching for the price you are selling them for which can be quite pricey. Not really worth the money. You wanted my honest opinion. I won't be ordering from you again. Also using Amazon to deliver they leave it right outside your front door on the floor if your not in. Anyone could pinch it.
