Feel the Christmas festivities come to life with our fresh and real Christmas Trees from our Online Store, where we will deliver straight to your door, letting you relax and enjoy your time with the family. We also provide a host of Christmas Tree services including Delivery, Installation and Decoration services, designed and built for our customers.

We also have over 30 Stores operating across London, as well as the South of England, where you can come and join us to pick the tree that suits you best. We will deliver your Christmas Tree to your door in perfect time for Christmas for you and your family to enjoy.

“I ordered a Xmas tree removal and your delivery guys dumped it on the street outside my house. the P&N people on the phone did sort it out quickly though. But yeah, not great”

“Terrible quality. Started to shed needles within a few days of arrival and was dead well before Christmas. Pines & Needles would not take back the tree / replace it, and said this happens occasionally. It has happened to us in 3 out of 4 years that we bought a tree from them. Never again. Would not recommend.”

“Unfortunately I have now stopped buying my fresh tree from pines and needles. The trees are not as described, they are not full and I get the most expensive. I use another company now.”

“The quality of the trees are always very good. We've ordered from Pines and Needles for years. The delivery team are always lovely and we get an allocated time slot - they are always on time. They offer a collection service too for after Christmas which we always use too. Their website is easy to use and we sometimes get sent discount codes from them too which really helps out.”

It's been over three weeks and our tree is still perky and green, almost a shame to give it away. We loved our tree - wishing the whole Pines and Needles team luck and prosperity in the new 2024! “My daughter picked up a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve from Pines and Needles in Ealing Broadway at an excellent price but unfortunately did not think ( as they do) to pick up a stand. Try put up a tree without one! Thankfully when we went back Kedar very kindly helped us out. Thank you very much Kedar. Excellent customer service.”

“Ordered and paid for a tree with delivery. Stayed inside from 3-10pm missing a client dinner waiting for the tree with NO DELIVERY!! I was given NO updated delivery after many attempts and suddenly it was delivered the following night and DUMPED onto the pavement outside our house when noone was home! The public had to walk around the tree as it was dumped! I chased them up saying it was a health hazard leaving a tree when noone was home, they then collected it past 11pm ( we were out- a neighbour informed us) I WASTED days and HOURS trying to get a refund!! Apparently and suddenly "nobody" could find my payment details! although money was taken straight out of my account on the day I purchased. Have never experienced such poor customer service. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Sad, as I have bought in the past here- but NEVER again!!!!! There are plenty of other places to get a tree!!”

“I got my Christmas tree from Hamilton terrace stall of pines and needles. Thank you George and Ash , For selecting a 4ft tall potted Christmas tree which was just right for my home. They helped me in choosing one and keeping aside for me . They both have been very helpful. Thank you once again for your time and patience. Richa.”

“Bought a 5ft (min height) pot grown Fraser Fir. Delivery was 24 hours late and only arrived after I chased it. Tree was no more than 4ft 6 and clearly isn’t ’pot grown’. It’s a field grown tree that’s had its roots trimmed and been crammed into a pot. Although it’s been properly repotted since it arrived,I don’t expect orbit thrive. Very disappointed.”

“We are delighted with our tree and especially the customer service we received from Troy. He offered to take it to the car for us but we said we were going to carry it home as it wasn’t very far for us to go. He then proceeded to offer to carry it to our house! We didn’t take him up on the offer but it was very much appreciated. Merry Christmas Troy and God bless you and yours this Christmas time 😊”

“Superb service at Beddington Park from all the guys, I was served by Kani who was fantastic - helped me chose a great tree within my budget, trimmed the lower branches and carried it to my car. Friendly, helpful, professional and polite - top service all round, well done!”
