We also provide a host of Christmas Tree services including Delivery, Installation and Decoration services, designed and built for our customers.

We also have over 30 Stores operating across London, as well as the South of England, where you can come and join us to pick the tree that suits you best. We will deliver your Christmas Tree to your door in perfect time for Christmas for you and your family to enjoy.

“Beautiful tree delivered first thing in the morning. I have been buying trees from Pines and Needles for many years but this was the first time I used the delivery service and I was very impressed with it.”

“The tree would not fit into stand so bought another stand and still didn’t fit. Seemed to be because the trunk was not straight. So had to lean on window to hold it up. Needles all over floor from day 1 . Worse tree I have ever had”

“The service from Pines and Needles has always been excellent. Because of that, we were disappointed to have a Christmas tree pick up that was less so. One of the team was completely useless and made life difficult for the other. He had trouble following directions to get to our home, left a mess and was generally clueless. This was such a surprise as usually the Pines and Needles service is good.”

“I'm a loyal customer and buy trees from this company for more than 10 years. Admittedly, I have never been disappointed, it was always great trees and a great service. But this year we needed to move the delivery date to 5 days forward due to family emergency (and customer service was amazing, the most helpful guy on a phone). But lately, we were clearly delivered the same tree, that was cut for us - as any tree that waits you for a week, it was completely dry and, regardless if my best efforts to water it, died really quickly, when I decorated it, it dropped needles as crazy. If company would like to receive my order next year, than something must be done and next year procedure should be more honest.”

“I paid for indoor pickup service. Every year previous, they've come in, carefully put a blanket down, chopped up the tree, then wrapped it up to prevent damage to the house. Any leftover needles were swept up. This year, none of that. The tree was scraped through the house past walls and doors, leaving marks every where, dropping piles of needles. None of it was cleaned up. I called to complain, customer service did nothing.”

“Lovely tree, very happy with the tree, delivery guy who delivered the tree was excellent, the tree lasted the entire month from the 7th of December to the 5th of January, be sad to let it go. However it’s a great shame that this 5 star has to be a 3, the customer service guy on the phone is a big let down of the company.”

“I have order a Christmas Tree for 80£ including delivery, at the beginning of December and it was never delivered. I was promised to be refunded and they sent me 9.68 pounds back. It's just a joke. Their explanation is, that the tree was delivered, which is not true! Very disappointing experience 😞”

“Can’t recommend Pines and Needles enough, great trees but moreover for its excellent customer service. I was served my the charming, enthusiastic Luca who made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. Luca fulfilled my personal request perfectly and endeavoured that I didn’t lift a finger- he was all I could have asked for buying a tree by myself!”

“I would say it’s the worst tree I ever bought. It wouldn’t stand up straight without falling over. Thought it was the stand and bought another for 100 but still kept falling. Slightly brown and non fall tree needles everywhere from the first day. Terrible tree. Had to lean against the window to stand it up . Really dodgy set up with small children .”
