“Our tree is a six foot Nordman and has a well balanced shape with lots of bushy branches. It was delivered within the time specified by Kyle who was great, a gentleman :)”

“The tree is slightly wider than I had requested, as we only have a small space to fit it in I needed something tall and thin. My second point is that the tree is shedding some pines even though I was told that it would not. It's not terrible and the tree looks very nice, however, these were things that I asked for and unfortunately did not receive.”

“Tree is absolutely remarkable, it's definitely worth every penny Delivery fast and always on time The only tiny thing is when they delivered the tree they left a huge mess needles everywhere in the corridor and the reception”

“Great looking tree, delivered as arranged. Only problem I had was bad communication via E-mail, I had to phone to confirm delivery. One other thing that I found was the lack of root system on the tree, I only hope it survives through Christmas and doesn't die through next year. Thank you M.R.Jennings”

“Tree, lights and decorations fine but too confusing both on the website and by talking to one of your operators on the telephone as to what you get when you pay for it to be dressed. Surely it could be one fee for lights and decorations. Very misleading we were expecting the tree to be dressed so consequently disappointing.”

“Nice Tree and great delivery service. our tree is a bit thin at he top whereas the bottom of the tree is packed with branches. The top 1/4 looks somewhat bare compared to the bottom half. I may consider purchase for next years depending on how long this one can stay green and retailn its pines.”

I see that you had your delivery on Monday, and you may have already decorated the tree. “This is the third year we have got our Christmas tree from you and overall we have been extremely happy. The tree is beautiful. However, this year it was delivered 2 hours late. I can appreciate that the drivers got stuck in traffic and they were extremely apologetic when they arrived and even gave us complimentary mistletoe and set the tree up for us. We just would have appreciated a phone call explaining the situation instead of having to call you ourselves when it was already an hour late. Thanks though, the tree really is lush!”

“Ordering was super easy and such a reasonable price. The delivery men were extremely friendly and cheery and sorted me out with a stand when it seems I forgot to order one. I couldn't have been more impressed with the overall service received. However, the tree itself this year is a little bit bare towards the top so doesn't look as big as I was expecting. But still beautiful so thank you very much :)”

“I was impressed with Pines and Needles getting in touch with us as they had in their system our company having purchased from them in the past. Quote given was good inc. a free mistletoe and mini tree. Everything was good apart from a) the delivery guy who dropped off the tree was a bit rude saying the client had made a mistake and delivered something incorrectly, I couldn't quite understand what he meant since we hadn't received anything prior to the delivery date we requested (1st Dec) and when I queried further I didn't really get an answer. b) they left out the free mistletoe and mini tree. when I called back on the 1st, they advised it would be redelivered the next day but it wasn't, called again on the 3rd and got it just before the end of day when we were closing up. Overall good though.”

It was, however, just left by our front door in full view of passers-by; rather than behind our planters as requested. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with the tree and will certainly use you again. Martin”

“Beautiful, freshly cut tree. Perfectly symmetrical. Only downside was the mess created when cutting off the netting ; not just needles, but an unusual amount of forest wet debris/reeds/grasses etc....probably half a bin bag full. Should have been a warning to protect the carpets!”
