“I’m an NHS patient and was given this Pin Drop hearing test through Spire Bushey after an ENT consultation there. I found the gentleman who conducted the test really good. He informed me of everything he would be testing and explained the procedure so that I fully understood. I was also able to ask him questions, which he answered candidly and patiently. I felt valued as a patient.”

“Hearing in one ear totally blocked by wax build-up. NHS surgery no longer performs syringing: I was referred to Pindrop as nearest audiologist. Suitable appointment arranged with Christina. The build-up required extended attention but succeeded in clearing the ear completely. Excellent outcome. Friendly and professional service.”

“Visited Pindrop for the removal of wax in both ears. Procedure was painless, quick and professional. Price was £80 for either one or two ears, the price is a little more than other places but you can’t compromise with something like this. Pindrop was recommend to me by my pharmacist who had also used them. Highly recommend.”
