“I had a choice between Pindrop and ANOTHER to have my ears wax removed after having problems with my hearing for weeks. Couldn't get an appointment to see my GP and also been told to go to A&E. I was lucky to pick Pindrop. I was greeted by receptionist. Sara - explained the ear wax removal methods step by step. It took less than half an hour to get both ears cleaned. I would highly recommend Pindrop. Thank you.”

“I was very satisfied. One of my ears was blocked with some very stubborn wax. The audiologist persevered and eventually succeeded in removing it. The other ear still has a little wax left, for which I've been given some olive oil drops in the form of a spray. The clinic is clean and I found the audiologist very efficient. Thank you. It was worth the money.”

“I recently visited pindrop for an ongoing issue that was affecting my hearing...I managed to arrange a same day appointment, my issue was completely resolved at the appointment by Christine who talked me through the entire process and answered my questions. Friendly, efficient service. Would definitely recommend.”

“I turned to Pindrop when I became aware that I was having difficulty hearing people wearing masks; clearly, I was in part, lipreading. The extensive Pindrop hearing test proved that I had lost hearing across all frequencies, and I went on to having hearing aids. During the process, for my convenience, I visited two Pindrop locations - Winchmore Hill and Harley Street. I found the staff at both to be friendly and very welcoming. Shivanie was outstanding as she explained fully what she was doing, the test outcomes and choices of hearing aid available. After fitting and the scheduled return visit for adjustment the difference in my hearing is amazing. The whole team are to be complimented, with Shivanie being a real credit to the organisation.”

“A pleasant visit, with the world sounding a clearer place, after the treatment. It’s easy to find with a car park a few moments walk away. I was welcomed and booked in professionally, although I did have to wait for almost fifteen minutes (it would have been 5 stars otherwise) It felt Covid safe and the whole treatment was explained to ensure I understood what would happen. Their prices were competitive and I would use them again.”
