“I bought a set of their Wrendale coasters & placemats several years ago from The National Trust. Soon after using the coasters, the surface lacquer started to lift due to the heat from the mugs of tea/coffee. Since I had disposed of the receipt together with the time gap from buying, I did nothing. The other day, I found the manufacturers web site (this one) and sent them an email with back up photo. They have immediately advised that a replacement set is in the post. Now is this a decent great company or what? Many thanks to all staff you are a brill.”
