“The Newlyweds loved their album! As a photographer i was looking for somewhere to order a book with high quality & maybe not break the bank. Pikperfect did come thru on that. The design team (Tom) helped me with all my questions and my changes to the album. The album came out well and I'm in the process of another album.”

“Absolutely perfect! We ordered the ‘Premium Layflat Wedding album’ for our wedding pictures, and it’s beautiful. The quality is lovely and it’s very well presented. We ordered the presentation box as well, which is lovely and sturdy. The process was smooth, with drafts and edits being sent through quickly - usually within 24 hours. They are super helpful and ensured we were completely happy with our album throughout. Definitely recommend!”

“I had some initial problems with communications about progress of my order. However, once they realised the issues they made absolutely sure the delivery arrived safely and the album is absolutely amazing. I am useless manipulating images. I just gave them a whole selection from the wedding and they made a brilliant job of ordering them to tell the story of the day. Despite the initial problems, I would recommend them again.”

Hi Davina, Sorry for the poor communication on your order. I looked up the details and see that UPS misplaced your package, which caused the delay. It has now been located at one of their warehouses, and as you'll see from the tracking link sent to you, in route and should be delivered shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. “We ordered a layflat wedding album - cameo cover with thick fuji lustre pages. The album is really gorgeous. It took a few drafts to get it the way we hoped for, and the PikPerfect team showed patience and would quickly make the edits so we could move forward with the project. It came out just how we wanted and we are so happy with it!”

“Mein Mann und ich haben zum Jubiläum seit langem das Hochzeitsalbum rausgeholt und haben leider gar keine Freude dran. Das Buch ist über 6 kg schwer und als solcher Schinken eher für ein Museum als das schöne Bücherregal zuhause geeignet. Das Cover mit unserem Foto ist hoch verpixelt (s. anbei) und der Inhalt einfach nicht warm für unser Empfinden. Der Service war ok, aber für 800 Chf würde man sich ein positives Erinnerungsstück an den schönsten Tag wünschen, unser Album erfüllt dies leider nicht im geringsten. Schade.”

Liebe Olga, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wirklich schade, dass ihr so wenig Freude an eurem Premiumalbum habt. Ihr hattet das grosse Format mit der maximalen Anzahl Seiten gewählt, dessen Gewicht für die meisten Kunden ein positiver Aspekt ist. Während der Gestaltung hatten wir dich auf die teilweise mangelnde Schärfe der Fotos hingewiesen, womit du einverstanden warst. Und beim echten Fotopapier unserer Premiumalbum entspricht der Ton im Druck sehr genau dem, in dem der Fotograf die Bilder aufgenommen hat. Das können wir anpassen, falls gewünscht, wurde uns gegenüber aber leider nicht erwähnt. Unser Team ist stets bemüht, das ideale Album für unsere Kunden zu erstellen: Wir versuchen für jegliche Wünsche und Ansprüche eine Lösung zu finden, wenn wir vorab darüber informiert werden.
