“I ordered a 12x12 layflat wedding book and I love it!! The design service was so helpful, and so worth it to me. Then when the book arrived I was amazed at the quality and thickness of the cover and the gorgeous pages. I loved it so much I ordered one for my parents and I may order another for his parents.”

“So happy we went with PikPerfect for creating our wedding album! What could have been a daunting project felt easy and stress-free from start to finish. We uploaded all of our wedding photos and let PikPerfect help us pare down the selection and design a first pass, and we were able to make a couple tweaks to swap out picture choices or focus on specific moments. From uploading our photos to purchasing the final product took less than a week (and most of the delay was on us!). The large square lay-flat book, plus the extra two standard square lay-flat books we got for our parents, turned out beautifully and will be memories to treasure forever. So glad we got the protective presentation box as well.”

“My album quality was amazing! I loved that the designer worked with me to get the look I had in mind. It was super easy to edit the draft they sent me and I hardly had to make any changes to it. It was well worth the money to have someone else Design the layout. It saved me a ton of time. They even offered to edit in our vowed! It may seem like a lot to add on the mini albums, but again it was well worth it. The quality is just as nice as the large album and the layout is identical.”

“PikPerfect did a great job designing my album once my designer figured out what I wanted. Because of the major time change and busy time of year communication could take time. There were a couple mistakes made but they were resolved as soon as they could get to them. Overall, I would recommend them. My husband really enjoyed our album, and I enjoyed have someone else design it.”

Liebe Ana, es tut uns leid, dass du mit unserem Service nicht zufrieden bist. Unser Produktionsteam hatte aus den Fotos, von denen du zugabst, dass sie qualitativ recht niedrig waren, das Beste herausgeholt. Der Preis für die Gestaltung durch unser Grafikerteam, der zum Albumpreis dazu kommt, wird beim Anlagen des Auftrags angezeigt und von den meisten Kunden als sehr fair wahrgenommen. Obwohl unsere Weihnachtsbestellfrist bereits abgelaufen war (du hattest am 11.12. bezahlt), kam das Buch noch wie gewünscht vor Weihnachten an. Dass UPS es an einem Abholpunkt hinterlegt hat, können wir nicht beeinflussen. Schade, dass du trotz all unserer Bemühungen nicht so zufrieden bist wie andere Kunden.
