“We are coming up to our third year of living in a Pickard house, and have continued to sign with them as a result of their dedication to tenant care and support. Maintenance issues are promptly resolved and can be reported with ease via the app. The office responds to queries in good time, and we have had no difficulties getting in touch for support. Their incentives programme is robust and effective, offering fair and generous reductions for current tenants who choose to resign. The house is structurally sound and well-decorated, and Pickard went above and beyond when an error by the previous inhabitants prevented us from moving in, paying for several nights in a hotel until the issue had been resolved. Ultimately, Pickard are diligent and benign owners who genuinely dedicate themselves to ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of tenants. Would recommend.”
