“The jury is out! The frame I received looks to be decent quality but the mount doesn’t overlap the edge of my picture at all so I’ll need to replace it. I discussed my requirements and measurements online to make sure I got it right but alas the finished product isn’t quite what I expected. I don’t know whether it’s my fault or theirs but disappointingly I haven’t received a reply to my 2 emails asking the question.”

“They sent the wrong order. I have been in contact through 'chat' for a number of days but no response has been forthcoming from 'management'. I have emailed, no response. I have phoned the prescribed number but no one answers.”

“Excellent choice of frames & mounts. Able to adapt to any picture size. Have multiple mounts available. Great service - fast & efficient. Was kept updated re order & delivery. Have used them for all my picture requirements & never had any issues, always happy with the results. Couldn't recommend highly enough.”

“The picture frame is very good - well made and to correct specifications. I have not given 5 stars as I did not receive the picture tape ordered with the frame. It was not included with the frame and despite waiting for another week, no sign of coming in a separate parcel.”

“Having looked on several websites for a frame for 3 prints found Picframes flexible enough to provide just what I wanted. Easy to order although I would have preferred a bigger 'sanple' picture of the mount colors. Frame arrived promptly, very well protected and it is just what I wanted. Fair price. Will use the service again.”
