“Ordered on line, explaining my requirement and availability given immediately by Physical Gold. On line payment and delivery made next day,\nThe following month, received an email from Physical Gold offering further coins as they are only available infrequently. Again payment and next day delivery.\n\nPhysical Gold asked me to supply a list of all other coins that I wanted as they would keep it for any other coins that come into their hands.\n\nVery good service from the company - best of all coin dealers that I have dealt with.”

“Amazing experience with a TOP quality bullion dealer!\nHaving searched ALL online bullion dealers in North America (seriously) I broadened my search for a certain elusive gold coin to the rest of the world. These guys had it.\nI was very hesitant making a purchase in the US from a dealer in the UK. It was a very expensive coin and a lot of money on the line.\nAfter chatting with *** a bit, then ***, I became more comfortable doing business with them. These guys chat and answer questions at unheard of hours-5pm US time-11pm British time. Also, they are rated very highly and appropriately so!\nI purchased the coin, within 5 total days the coin was in my hand! It is a beautiful coin in top mint condition. Far better than even my best expectations.\nDo not hesitate doing business with Physical Gold Ltd. They are TOP notch and I will be back for more!”

“When compared to a lot of other bullion dealers, the salient points are as follows:\n\n1). Very contactable by telephone and very prompt support response time.\n2). Easy to purchase goods.\n3). Knowledgeable AND helpful staff (good for beginners and experts).\n4). One of the few bullion dealers to offer tax free silver.\n5). One of the few dealers to offer pensions based on physical gold (i.e. not "paper" gold).\n6). Based on my experience so far I WILL use again in the future.”

“The online chat support was very good, the online ordering procedure was good overall. \n\nMy only issue with the whole process involved the courier (UPS) who were not easy to deal with. Either being able to choose courier, of at least choose a specific day for delivery as part of the ordering process would make the process of delivery much less stressful.”

I am interested in this service but felt there was not enough information about how you choose the couns/bars. Hence I never went with it.\n\nAlso would like to know if it makes more ecconical sense to buy a 1 Oz coin every 4 months or a quarter Oz every month. I would appreciate your honest opinion. “Very satisfied with the order process.\nI would say it is reasonable for the company to ensure payment is in their bank before posting their coins, especially as large amounts can be involved.\nCoins are sent in plain anonymous envelopes, I am sure this detracts from the value of the contents thus reducing the risk of 'loss in transit'.\nPackage is sent insured and tracked anyway on a Signed For 1st Class service.\n\nI will be using them again in the future”

“A bit more Communication from the Couriers. UPS send an email telling you that your shipment will be delivered before the end of the day. This means that you are waiting around for them without knowing what time they are going to arrive. This can be a little bit inconvenient and a phone call from them or a text message from them prior to delivery would be very useful.”
