I have been waiting for nearly 6 weeks for my phone to be repaired, and after consent phone calls and being put on hold for up to 20 minuets at a time i was promised a new replacement handset from a m7 to a m8 which i thought was very good, but 6 weeks and still waiting, not being able to use my data, calls and text which iam paying for, thanks . I am very disappointed with the service you are providing and will not be back to upgrade mine or the 4 other members of my household.

Very easy to deal with them, got the offer I wanted and phone was delivered quite fast. Very happy all in all and I've been recommending them to all my friends.

Worst company I have ever delt with, still owe me £529 for a HTC M8 I sent back four months ago, don't deal with this company

I've taken a look into your account and I can see that you have been dealing with our High Level Complaints Team. They have now arranged the refund of your phone and this will show in your bank account as a BACS payment. I pre ordered two phones with phones 4 u not so long ago and it was the worse decision i ever made. I was totally ripped off with the deal I got with phones 4 u. I was told it was the best offer. I shall never be shopping with phones 4 u again. Please look elsewere before you go to phones 4 u.

Quick delivery but was supplied with the wrong sim unfortunately. I called the manager at Woolwich branch who asked me to come in. The manager at Woolwich was very professional, apologised on behalf of the company and provided the right sim. This is professionalism at the highest standard. please send my appreciation to the manager at Woolwich.

When in the shop buying a product staff could not have been more helpful. After sales care could not have been worse. All staff in store and on the phone and online all refused to help.

I bought a pay as you go phone online on Orange. I had the phone delivered in 2 days which was good, but that's where it ends. I received a sim pack which allegedly had the £10 top up on there already which is impossible but still I believed them. After waiting over 4 days for the top up to come through and speaking to them via online chats on numerous occasions, I was promised that I'd get the £10 refunded into my account. I had to confirm my account details with them which I did and I tripled if not quadrupled checked my details before hitting send. They confirmed it was the correct account details as I purchased the phone through the same account and was told the money would go straight through. I again accepted their apology and fell for their lies. My money STILL hasn't come, neither has the £10 top up I paid for. Never again will I do business with them and neither will my close friends and family as they know about this. What's £10 to these millionaires? Why steal from a repeat customer? Shame on you.

Hi Ali, Thanks for your post! I'm so sorry to hear about the experience that you've had since buying a Pay As You Go from us. I can assure you that the service and experience that you have detailed is not what we expect. All Pay As You Go phones do come with £10 top up pre loaded onto the Sim Card, this is then activated within a maximum of 48 working hours of having the phone. I'm so sorry that for some reason your top up was not activated correctly, and that it took so long for the £10 to be refunded, this will be fedback to the relevant department. I've taken a look at your account and I can see that you have since spoken with our Live Chat Team and they have arranged the refund for you. This payment should now be in your account as we advise to allow a maximum of 6 working days. Again I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks, Sam.

I went Phones 4U as they were able to offer several network providers as my signal with Tesco mobile at my home was poor. I was advised that EE would be much better and therefore I switched to them. However now with EE I often don't have any connection at all so therefore I was wrongly advised and sold.

Hi John, Thanks for your post! I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your signal. At point of sale we will check your postcode with your chosen network, as this does give us an idea of what the signal will be like. I can see that with EE it is showing as good signal for your area. What I would advise is speaking to EE to run more in depth signal checks for your area. If there is no improvement, then you can speak with them to see if they do any sort of signal booster box. had no probs using my local shop time and time again, my only problem i have had lately was with a z1 phone it had a fault and both yourself and sony refused to fix it as a bit of paper wit imei number couldnt be seen, sent it back to vodafone who fixed it no probs and found the bit of paper in phone stating it had slip down

Good price with a reasonable customer service. There are times when you get an advisor who does not appear to be interested when asking questions about the phones (especially as you are not looking for one with a price plan) but come back another time and find another assistant who would love to help you. Love the Click and Collect service but wondering how accessible this will be in light of Curry's merger with Carphone Warehouse. Yes I will buy from them again.

My PUK code transfer from vodafone to EE is an absolute disaster, and I can't help but take this out on phones4u also. 2 and a half weeks without functioning incoming calls or outgoing or incoming texts.

Hello Neil. Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear that the transfer of your number has not been as smooth as it could be. When transferring your number from one network provider to another, this is a process that Phones 4u don't complete. It is done completing by the 2 networks themselves, if it us that you have moved to EE then I would advise speaking to them in regards to getting the number activated. The phone i ordered is great and was delivered on time but it took 4 days to get it all up and running so i couldnt txt or use the internet and once i rang and asked to cancel my contract because i couldnt use the phone then magicly an hour later it was all working fine then a week later i get a bill with £50 added extra to my monthly bill with no explanation as to why.I would never of got it in the first place if i new i would have this much trouble and ive only had the phone for 2 weeks now.But yeah phones4u are great

I was given several pieces of information about how long it would take for my new phone to activate, so I followed what the on line help section said, which said phone if over 24 hours have elapsed, only to be told it would be up to 4 working days. Irritated by the conflciting information, and also I think it should be made clear up front there will be a significant delay, as I would have purchased elsewhere.

Saw phone on website but went to local store as my daughter's phone had broken and wanted it quickly, store told me phone had been dis-continued and website was out of date, orders it 1 hours later on phone and arrived 2 days later. Store just wanted to sell me another more expensive phone through them and not the website. Don't go into stores and ask as you don't get the truth. (Wrexham store based in Currys by the way)
